Super friendly staff and great prices

Can’t beat their prices, they accommodate their customers and treat you with respect and kindness. Highly recommend

I've spent a fair amount of money at this place over the years as they do have a decent and sometimes interesting selection of whisky. However I've never been overly impressed with their customer service and my last visit only reaffirmed this. I walked in on a quiet Sunday afternoon planning on spending a few hundred dollars on a bottle of scotch that I'd been eyeing but was also interested in maybe a sample or two. The dude in the whiskey section chose to completely ignore me and focused instead on giving sample after sample to a woman who was obviously on the hunt for the typical trendy collector bourbons that get snapped up by secondary market sellers. I stood there for ten maybe fifteen minutes without even an "I'll be right with you". After selling her on an overpriced bottle of rye from a distillery owned by a silicon valley douche, the sales guy still continued to ignore me. I mean sure, you're busy and she was there first but at least pour me a sample while I wait! Customer service isn't rocket science. Finally, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Bought the Scotch I was looking for at Wine and Beyond for considerably cheaper. I'm all for supporting local but if I'm not treated with respect as a customer, I'll walk and likely not return.

I went and picked up a 8 pack of beer for a In-law and it was during a heatwave a d I just wanted to stay in the beer cooler room because it was so breezie in there. Other than that I don't like being in the liquor store the staff was very pleasant.

The staff have always been great. The only employee I know by name is Austin and he knows where everything is. Also a very convenient location for me.

Not the best. Customer service was bad, staff are rude, not much selection. I took my time looking for a specific wine due to allergies and the one lady who works there raised her voice at me and said “why are you walking in circles, you’ve been in here for a long time.” She was also on her cellphone and chatting on her phone. Go to better places like Sherbrooke or Highlands or even costco because they actually want your business!

Pretty ridiculous for a liquor store to be closed and locked up by 7pm. Will never go back and be sure to deter as many people as I can from wasting their time at this place. Plenty of other real liquor stores out there.

Owners are always welcoming. Always nice to shop here.

This liquor store has the best customer service in the city. The merchandising is top of the line everything is clean looks amazing and the manager she’s amazing she always ensures we have an amazing experience every-time we visit! So sweet and so kind.

Very clean, well run and kindest staff. Kewal went above and beyond when I called to ask if I left my cell phone there. He went out of his way to watch the security camera and let me know I left with it in my hand (lol. I later got it back from the uber) I am always so delighted to see his smiling face!

Great prices, so good im willing to drive 10-15 mins more just to get a bottle of vodka over the liquour store 5 mins from my house. Guys are super friendly as well!
