They do not care about they’re customers or they’re custom service. My bill randomly jumped 100 dollars and when I called them to find out why they basically said “screw you pay us”. I asked them to check they’re equipment and they sent me a letter saying I’m not eligible for that service. I am currently seeking other services and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anybody use consumers energy!!

Rocky's is great, and what makes it great is the people. It is well organized and has a wide selection. Now, don't be mistaken, this is a neighborhood hardware store. You aren't going to find drywall and 4x4s. What you will find is that single missing screw for your screen door, or that 10-32 tap without having to buy the whole set. Need a key made, or advice on which toilet seal is best for your commode? You'll find that kind of help here.

Four Elements installed a 12-panel, 2.9 kW photovoltaic system, grid-tied to Consumers Energy at my home in Kalamazoo in the Fall of 2012. This was in conjunction with Consumers' EARP program, with a feed-in tariff of 25 cents per kWh. I would not have wanted to navigate Consumers' bureaucracy in applying for this without having Four Elements by my side. They handled the paperwork as professionally and efficiently as they did the installation. The installation was complex, with electrical and roofing contractors as well as Four Elements on site simultaneously. But everything went smoothly, and a year later the unit pumps out power without my needing to think about it. Four elements also handles solar thermal and wind systems. I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a home with two Solaflect trackers and have been so impressed by their customer and technical support. They reached out right away and sent out a service technician to give us a tour of the system, and were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the setup with our utility company. Recently, the WiFi to our panels dropped unbeknownst to us, and they quickly sent an email asking us to check on the connection. When we weren't sure just what to check, they sent a service technician out the next day. Jim was prompt, kind, and very helpful in quickly restoring the connection to our trackers. We highly recommend Solaflect to anyone looking to reduce their electric bill, build resiliency into the Vermont electric grid, and support a fine local business.

GenRenew was very attentive to detail and got the solar electric system installed and approved in an expedient time frame. Very helpful after the installation with getting the paper work done to establish our account to receive the solar energy credits into our bank account. We will be recommending them to our friends and family for sure. Thank you very much!

The OGW family did an outstanding job from the quote process to the installation of the system and commissioning! Nate took time to fully understand our goals and explained that they strive to create a "clean" professional appearance of the system. Then Kathy diligently followed the various county and utility approval processes that was key to achieving our goal of completing the installation before the end of the year! The panel installation team were very quick and professional and finally the best was Mike and Cody who worked tirelessly to achieve an absolutely superb sleek look without any conduit running on the outside of our house! Once the system was operational, Cody ensured the connection of our Enphase to our Wifi in order to take advantage of the Enlighten app to monitor the system. Now I can't help myself from checking my energy production through the day! Hard to believe we've already had several days where my energy production exceeded what we used; can't wait until spring and summer! I definitely recommend anyone to check out OGW and get a quote! On a final note, I found OGW when after much research I identified a manufacturer of panels with the best performance warranty and looked for an authorized installer. It just so happened they were also an authorized installer of the inverters with the longest and most comprehensive warranty I could find.

Matt and his team were professional, efficient and informative. Any questions I had were answered and explained. They installed my 25 panel system in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Freedom Forever of western MA.
