Ten or more years ago I had several bids for solar all were in 100k range which wasn’t double. In May I investigated again as I was advised there was a price drop and tax credit. Not recalling any of the previous contractors I called Solar Sun World. I talked with Joseph who stated he had given me a quote previously which was a big plus that he had been in business that long . This was a clue his company was reliable.There were no gimmicks or pressure that I had experienced with other contractors. After conversing ,Joseph presented me with a detailed proposal showing all components and projections on return of investment. After a 7,000 tx credit my cost was 25k. Joseph’s team preformed flawlessly. They started and completed work in a reasonable manner.He is fortunate to have people who take interest in and complete job as prescribed. It was refreshing to do business with someone who preformed what they promised. The whole project was A+ from sale to completion.

I almost gave this zero Stars. I'm not sure if that's possible but I would like to give it zero stars. The only thing that redeemed it was a manager came and took care of it for me. However today at Ozark Walmart three different managers not only told me they couldn't do something that they could do but they also refuse to give me their name or anything. Ozark Alabama Walmart has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any Walmart whatsoever. If at all possible I will not go into this Walmart again. That is going to mean I have a very inconvenient life because there is not much else where I live I will have to travel at least 20 minutes to the next town but I will do it just to get away from this walmart.

This is the best Walmart in the area, in my opinion. It has the most actual cashiers, who are also pretty friendly. It is smaller than some of the nearby stores, but I've never had a problem finding what I needed.

You can never find anyone to help if you have questions or problems. This location seems to never have the selection that other locations do either. I shop here out of convenience more than anything else because of the proximity to our home. This store leaves a lot to be desired.

Greetees are awesome, super friendly on the way in and out. Store has things laying all across the isles, seems liya lot of people just throw things down then the associates just walk right past it after looking at it like it's no big deal. Electronics lady tonight really struck a nerve, I had never been in this store so wasn't familiar with it nor my surroundings. We ended up walking behind registers getting to the next isle, never looked to my left to see them but the way it is set up in that store it literally looks like a passthrough to another section. There are no chains across it nor marking suggesting you couldn't walk through. The lady was on another isle and as rude and loud as possible "after we already walked through and was on the other side of the area" told us we couldn't walk through there. I won't lie, after my day I walked back to that isle and in a firm voice said " look lady, we are not from this area and had no idea we couldn't walk there. There are no chains, no markings or posted signs anywhere suggesting we can't. I won't deal with that rude attitude and it's completely uncalled for." Then I went about my merry shopping way. It's not the worst Walmart I've ever been to but it's officially on the list of Walmarts I'll never step foot in again. Teach your employees to be a little more respectful and understanding. We already do all the work for y'all when we go into Walmart nowadays from self checkout to locating things we need because it seems everyone is to busy to be helpful.

This location was an easy shop. We found everything we needed plus a few things on clearance that we couldn’t pass up.

Over the years this Walmart has gotten A lot better. Management and Customer Service here WAS horrible but they have gotten a lot better. The store is a lot cleaner and the associates is willing to help. Good Job Walmart

I just received my delivery order. Be careful when ordering watch your dates and produce. My grapes were covered in spider webs, the two packages of bread I bought were expiring within 24 hours. It’s a shame shoppers are either that incompetent of looking at dates or pushing off bad & close to date merch off on delivery orders! Do better training Walmart.

Very helpful service staff and lots of product in stock. Im there all the time for one thing or another. UPDATE: Jason spent a lot of time and effort in helping me design my off grid solar power system within my very tight budget. Great service.

These guys are great! We purchased a complete off grid system from RES to include solar, AGM batteries, inverter, and back up generator. My skill level is low when it comes to installing or troubleshooting a system like this on my own but with the help of the RES team they are able to walk me through step by step processes on any questions I have. I will defiantly be worrying with these guys in the future to further advance my off grid system and would recommend anyone that is on the fence on what company to go with for their power needs to make the choice to go with these guys. It's such a rare thing to have quality customer service and technical support these days. From someone who actually knows the application and the product. I used this service to get a total of 7 rooftop solar install quotes within a few days. It is very convenient and allows you to make an informed decision. My experience is in California where the solar market is quite mature and vibrant so I can only speak to this particular area. The service is free to you, the client, so there really is no risk. I would highly recommend anyone looking into solar to use this service. Searching through contractors is a lot of work and would still leave you trying to compare apples to oranges as quotes can very widely. This service will, to some degree, allow you to compare each quote in a fair manner. If nothing else, this service would at least shield you from all the marketing/sales people trying to sell you on their product. A huge plus for someone who doesn't like talking to people, or maybe doesn't have the time. It also helps that they offer an energy advisor who you can talk to before making your decision. Again, all this is for free (or virtually free, as there probably is a systemic price inflation built-in via the finder's fee that they collect). Solar companies will have to factor in the cost of marketing anyway, so I believe that with or without using this service, the extra cost is baked in to most quotes you will get.
