Energy

Great experience from beginning to end! We worked with Eric as our salesperson, he was very helpful and informative and available to us throughout the whole process. The installers were great, super fast! Any questions we had were answered from each team or customer service. Would definitely recommend Blue Raven!

Another company referred me to this company because of my solar project type. I called once and lost service… So I called back again an hour later and whoever answered the phones first words were “Im not interested in a foreclosure..” I said “what” and they repeated themselves again, I said “I’m looking for a solar panel?” And he said “we don’t sell solar panels?” Im not sure if this company is a joke or a scam.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience with Blue Raven all around! My rep, Sophia, the electrician Tim, and Eric and Jerry who installed the panels were all behind professional and knowledgeable about the product. They also left my house in great shape after leaving which I really appreciated. I felt in good hands through every step of the way and received excellent communication throughout the entire process! Can’t wait to buy more houses just to work with Blue Raven again!! 😊

A well organized, orientated, presentable family owned business with great customer service and outstanding quality.

From my first meeting with PurePoint Energy, I knew they were it! They were able to provide me with a timeline of expectations, and any questions I had, were always respectfully addressed. Each individual involved in my residential project was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The experience with PurePoint Energy far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. Thank you PurePoint Energy!

This company comes highly, highly, highly recommended by me. They installed our solar panel system a couple years back. We have continued to turn to them for repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of the panels as needed. They are always ready and willing to help. We are glad we found a company that is not only honest, but reliable.

Great working with Idris. He ensured all my concerns were addressed.

When we bought the panels we told them that we would be needing to replace the roof in a few years and they said no problem it will cost $500 to take them off and replace them. Now that we need it done they said the cost changed to $500 plus $150 per panel. We have 12 panels so now it will cost $2300. That is a big difference. Then they refused to take back the panels which barely save us any money and won't let us out of the contract even though they are the ones who changed the terms. Don't go with this company they were disrespectful on the phone and their customer service is awful.

Very professional company right from the extremely knowledgeable salesman to the always pleasant and helpful office staff to the very respectful installers. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and handled their part of the job with great pride. They were very patient with my many questions, followed through with the job as described and everything went exactly as planned. All details were covered, they secured the permit and placed it in my window first thing the day of installation and the crew cleaned up every little scrap, no debris left behind when they left. The experience could not have been any easier, more convenient or more pleasant. So happy I chose the team at Element Energy Systems!

The best dentist I ever had and I have had several over the years very clean, very professional and very comfortable to be with. I highly recommend them.

What a fabulous experience this has been. The initial consult with the consultant, Justin Robinson, who explained all aspects of the program, the pros and cons of each choice, the potential tax benefits as well as the likely amount of power generation from the system, was excellent. Very impressive fellow. The installation process was similarly impressive: the electricians and installers were great guys and explained what they were doing at every stage. They did a fantastic job. When I was called to set up scheduling, it was always done at my convenience and the team always showed up on time. I couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish. Excellent customer service. They say what they mean and mean what they say. A rare business quality these days. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed. And my solar panels look fantastic. Well done, Venture Solar. You have a customer for life.
