My husband and I visited Maple location on August 4th 2018 and we were so happy with the service we received. The women Zi took her time with each of us no matter how many glasses we tried on. She was even nicer, if that is possible when we went back to pick up our glasses. She measured us and ensured our glasses fit perfectly. She even assured us she would correct the prescription if we experienced any trouble. Definitely returning to this location to handle all our eye wear needs. Thank you Hakim Maple

Just want to share how grateful I am to Mr. Sandhu and the staff at Kanda Optical. I'm from Buffalo, New York in the Toronto area for my son's hockey tournament this past weekend when disaster struck for me. I was on the bench during my son's game when one of our boys sticks came up and hit my glasses off and broke my glasses in half. What most people would consider a minor inconvenience, was a major disaster for me. I have really poor eyesight without my glasses on, literly can't do much of anything without them. So, I was in a different country ,miles away from home with no spare pair, or contacts, with another day left in our tournament. Thank God we stumbled across Kanda Optical and decided to go in and see if they could help me. Mr. Sandhu and his staff calmed me down and found me a frame that fit my lenses perfectly. He was so professional and caring about my situation ,making sure I walked out of there with glasses that fit perfectly in a short period of time . I'm truly grateful for them, they saved mine and my family's weekend. It's a great feeling to know that there are still people and businesses that care about people and provide great customer service .

The owner is very clever so be careful, don't give your credit card information to him prior to getting your stuff as this can be misused. don't have a good feeling to have a business with optical design.

I've been going to see Dr Dao for years but was a little apprehensive about my daughter's first visit, since she needed to have three baby teeth pulled that had permanent teeth growing in behind them. I was worried her first experience with a dentist would be unavoidably negative. But he did a fantastic job. I honestly wouldn't have believed he'd be able to get more than one tooth out before she freaked. Not only did he get all three out in one sitting, but she's not traumatized at all, she's actually proud of herself! I dunno how he did it but massive bonus points from me.

It was ok but the staff was a hit or a miss...

My husband, sister, dad, mom and I all go here. There all so helpful. Great prices! I have got at least 10 pairs of glasses from them over the years, all still in great shape. I had a problem with a pair of glasses I got on line, they even fixed them to fit my face better. Wonderful owners!
