What a bunch of miserable people there. Never going back. They have no knowledge of the store at all. I went there to see if they had some stuff. No one knew where anything was. I had to look for it my self. 2 of the staff members there, said they don't carry what I was looking for, and after 20 min looking around, I found what I was looking for. Wow, people get paid for not working........ can I get a job there? I would actually work!....

Fantastic place to shop. Extremely well stocked, great prices and fantastic service and staff. Always a smile and a desire to help.

We purchased around 5000sf of foam for a climbing gym at a very good price. They shipped all of the foam (3 trucks full) all cut perfectly to size with EXTREME precision. If you are reading this and considering using Sureline, please contact BLOCS climbing gym in Edmonton AB for a reference. I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company.

BEST costumer service I have received in a long time! I called to explain my issues I was seeing with my wall tent. Explained that I could bring the tent down, but lived 3.5hr away. When I showed up, ALL the staff was there to help me out, in less than 3 hours I was back on the road for home. And that included a last minute sewing project that Michelle knocked out of the park for me. THANK YOU ALL at Airdrie Canvas for the superior service and quality of products.

Much more open and retail friendly, they dont keep the tools and stamps behind the counter, its all out in the main area, staff was super helpful, and its nice not to have to drive to the south end from Airdrie.
