Flooring

Ordered hardwood flooring through a contractor through this company. Shawna, from Lockwood, ordered the wrong floor and between her and the contractor did everything they could to talk us into keeping this floor instead of working to get us the floor that we wanted. They offered compensation which we finally agreed to. Instead of paying us, they credited the contractor's account and we have yet to see a dime 5 months later. Shame on them for continuing to deal with this crook of a contractor and shame on them for not making it right with the actual customer. They made sure that money went right back into their pockets. Shawna, I hope you are ashamed of the way you and Lockwood Flooring have treated us.

Over the last couple of weeks the guys at D&M did our bathrooms at the office. The outcome was wonderful and the staff is very professional.

I bought 6 window shades through CRT flooring (via a Costco contract). The shades were apparently backordered, though it was like extracting teeth to get them to tell me anything about expected delivery dates or installation. Our completion date on the contract came and went. When, 7 days after the completion date, the blinds did finally arrive, my rep didn't call me, and then acted as though it was some kind of giant favor getting the installer to come out before we left to travel for a week. They did not order all the correct items (it was agreed that there was some sort of tie-down hardware for the blinds installed over opening windows), and despite their arrival date of 6/4, they are unwilling to send anyone out to install them before Monday, 6/8 While it's never the fault of a contractor when they're having supply chain issues, it is always their responsibility to communicate well with the customer, and CRT has no concept of that. My rep, Ramona, repeatedly gave me the brush-off of "I called you and left a voice mail", when in fact, she did no such thing. Instead of being proactive and communicating anticipated delivery dates, she has forced me to call her repeatedly to check status. I shouldn't have to go through this constant rinse/repeat cycle of polling someone who was very happy to cash my check, but screens my calls so that they go straight to her voicemail. I suggest to anyone dealing with CRT, particularly Ramona, that they find someone else to do the job.

Got our flooring from them. They were a great company to work with. When we need to replace the flooring in our house, definitely will give them the opportunity to earn our business first!

Very helpful staff, quick in and out

Eastman Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job sanding and refinishing the old hardwood floors in my house. Total pros from estimate to finished project. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend these guys for any hardwood flooring project.

Great service and the price I got from them was far better than the other stores I went to - will absolutely use them again for my next project.

Love the service. Great staff. I'll be back!

The initial meeting was great, staff were friendly and helpful. I was dealing with the owner and I emailed him the quote we received from Home Depot so he would have an exact square footage and measurements. I picked out the product and was told I'd have a quote within a couple of days. This was Oct. 3, 2013. Heard nothing. Called a couple days later and owner said he was just finishing my quote. Heard nothing for a few more days. Emailed owner on Oct 9, 2013 and asked if quote was done, as we were going to make a decision by Friday. Again, completely ignored. Phoned Friday at 4:00 pm and was told owner was gone for the day already. Told person on the phone about our experience and to tell owner that we would be going elsewhere, and that I would be writing this review. We ended up going with Floors Now, also a local company. Sam had me a quote in half an hour and was $1100 less than Home Depot. Floors go in tomorrow and I couldn't be happier.

We had used Paradise Carpets eight years ago for some work in our house and recently contacted them to help out with a condo renovation. We were impressed before but they were even more outstanding this time. They were prompt to provide a competitive estimate, an installation schedule and ensure the right product was ordered and delivered. The most appreciated was their willingness to adjust the schedule when we had challenges with other trades delivering on time. Could not have been happier with everything they did to make our new space so beautiful!

Best part of living in a small town is it’s people and welcoming community , this store embodies both. I always enjoy going there. Lisa and her staff are always friendly and VERY helpful. The store even though it is not large usually has what I am looking for or can bring it in for you.

This place is always priced well. Even though there aren't alot of cashiers open the people are extremely helpful. I buy all my stuff from here.

Absolutely 10/10 service today. Showed me a YouTube video on making wood plugs, gave me all the tools I needed and set me up with the required wood.

The owner of this store was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best product for my project. Highly recommend Benjamin Moore!

they are the best flat work company ever!

Osmo oil has been a huge game changer for my business! Quality service, quality product... I would confidently recommend this product to any diy’er, hobbyist, or professional. I’m always excited when I get to the stage in a project where I can use Osmo.

Very Nice people , excellent customer service

My wife and I stopped in on Saturday Dec 2nd at about 2pm. We walked around on our own for a bit and made a couple of tentative decisions for our bathroom reno project. Then Adam came up to us and asked if we had any questions — we did, and I'm very glad that he was willing to spend so much time with us. He basically saved our project from being a complete mess. He explained a lot about different tile types and we talked about choosing things that are a) easy AF to clean and b) work nicely together. It was a big shift in our project and we really appreciate his help!
