I shopped around for hardwood flooring. I just walked into their shop and ask for a price for a Vintage solid-sawn flooring in hickory. Randy gave me a price that is even cheaper than another shop that I almost select to do the work. This store is big and decent. Lots of displays. But they don't have the color that I want. Randy just went to the warehouse and get their only piece and gave it to me for free. Not even asked me to bring it back. With the level of trust, I came back and asked him to give me the best price he can. I didn't go any where else to match the price. I kind of trust him and want to do business with him. He gave me another surprise with a bit better pricing. It was a quick and clean deal. Everything is up front. Restocking fee and so on. Then another surprise 3 days later. I suddenly remembered that I didn't double check the finish when I put the order. I remember I talked to him only when the first time I pick up the sample about a month ago. I was afraid of him forgetting it. They deal with many customers every day. I guessed he wont remember that since I want a low shine finish which is not the standard one. I called the store ASAP. A lady helped me to find my order and double check the finish. You know what, it is exactly the pearl finish that I want. What else can I say? A nice store. A group of nice people with good system support. Very professional. BTW, I am not hiring them to do the installation. It's a material purchase only.

Low quality products probably made in china. Bogus warranty. STAY AWAY FROM SUNCA PRODUCTS!!!

I am in the service sector and always believe in giving feedback where it is due. I had to replace my hardwood floor (entire house) and stair case. Not only did Image provide me an outstanding bargain, but they also kept to the schedule and completed the project as promised. A true quality of service!

Happy & his team provided us honest advice and helpful tips . The custom staircase turned out much better than I expected, it impresses anyone coming to my house. Highly recommended.

I was in need on carpet for my stairs. I came here and was surprised. They showed me how to install the carpet from start to finish including staple size and what electic stapler to purchase. Great customer service! Keep up the great work!

Horrible horrible customer service. Was told 2 week delivery, then they postpone to 4 weeks for only partial of our order then another two weeks for the rest. Due to this delay, our contractor left to work on another job and everything pushed back. When we pick up remainder of our order, there were two boxes of different colour floors in the mix. They refuse to come pick them up and refused to give refund unless the boxes are back in the warehouse. It was their mistake why should we bring them back to the store for them. It has been over a month since the error, and still no resolution. And also how did she come up with calculation for wastage.... 7 extra boxes we can't get refund for... or 35% restocking fee. Update: 1. because of your delay in supplying the flooring, our contractor had to leave and come back and delaying the install. We picked up first batch on April 8, 2nd batch on April 20. We informed you of the wrong boxes on 23rd. And you said you would arrange for UPS to pickup. Because of this delay, our contractor just finished the flooring last week. 3. Withholding refund for wrong product issued is illegal, why should we drive your mistake back regardless of the compensation you offered. And you said you will arrange UPS to pickup, and we are still waiting. 4. You know we kept the boxes inside the house, because your drivers refused to deliver them into the HOUSE when our garage was packed with construction materials. 5. We appreciate your price on the product, however, that was offered before all the LACK of service you provided. Just because we received good price on the product, we deserve the poor service your provided? Having to go to your warehouse twice to pickup products that you don't have ready for us. Then give us wrong product, then refuse to refund until we return the product? You know we have no use for those 2 boxes and you said you will arrange UPS to pickup. We are still waiting. 6. The amount of time you spent replying to this review, you could've replied to our text or returned our calls.

We used Carlisle Heart of Pine wide plank distressed with Tung Oil in our NC home 10 years ago. They still look great and we plan to use them again in a new home

Why does this say they are open on Saturday and no one is there? No sign showing hours in the window.. waste of time!
