Called for a quote and they came out the same day! Very reasonable prices and super helpful!

Extremely helpful, friendly. They threw in extra underlay, carpet. They certainly aim to please their customers. Great prices! I would recommend them. Thanks End if the Roll.

For our company We will use this Rona as our very last resort I have made it company policy to limit our purchases here do to Numerous bad experiences with extremely rude and unprofessional staff and management Over the years (I hate putting everyone in the same category as there are also a couple of management/staff there that are top notch and not sure why they haven’t moved on to better things ) I have not voiced my opinion in a public form before today but once my staff told me what happened this morning I have realized something has to be said One of my staff members went to pick up a couple of items this morning as they open at 7 And apparently was there five minutes before the store opens he didn’t notice people we’re going in and out of the store doors so he proceeded inside to get items he was approached by very rude staff while in the store And very Rudely saying they weren’t open yet he apologized but yet he was approached again after this person went to a managerhe Proceeded to tell him that he would not be served at the counter until exactly 7 AM and how did he get In there He apologized and explained he didn’t realize it was still closed but it was one minute before they made him stand at the counter and refused to open the till until 7 hit I’m got a lot of staff Some of them are little gruff With the gentleman that was in there this morning is the nicest guy and never makes a big deal out of anything but he was mad by the time he left Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous So disappointed I would’ve thought there would’ve been changes over the years

My experience with the Camrose store regarding ordering windows has not been pleasant. After recently requesting a quote for an order, I received no follow up. This has happened to me on several occasions now. Bad track record. I now take my business to a more professional company.

Had all of our windows replaced by a contractor working for Windsor Plywood in Camrose. As an incentive to replace all of our windows instead of just some, he offered to throw in a new front door. After installing the windows, we never heard from them again and he did not return our phone calls. A few years later we had a different company replace our siding, soffit, fascia and roof, and they reported that due to the windows being installed incorrectly, (the screws have been put in on an angle instead of straight) our windows are all bowed outwards. This made capping around the windows a nightmare. Needless to say we are not impressed.

Great service and went above and beyond just because they could.

We have used Nufloors on two occasions, very happy with their customer service and Krystle has been very helpful in finding us a product that not only looks good but is also within our budget.

The Drop N' Done Vinyl Plank flooring recommended to us by Dragan was perfect. It was incredibly easy to install as they promised it would be and fit our needs perfectly. Their customer service is fantastic and I look forward to using Divine for all my future flooring needs! Update: We have also now had new carpets installed and bought new blacksplash from Nufloors. Every time we shop here the service and prices are outstanding. Can't say enough good things about their team and we look forward to continuing to using them in the future!

Due to scheduling conflicts, we had to deal with two different salespeople which resulted in a little bit of confusion with what we ordered. The installers did a terrific job, and the flooring product is great. Overall, everyone at Carpet One was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Very bad experience. I was looking for a new floor for my kitchen and bathroom. I live in a 800 sq ft home so not a big project. I was happy with what I saw at the store and the price looked reasonable. I talked with Brad and he arranged to come and look at my house to determine prices for install. He came out the next week and took measurements and left in under half an hour. Was very professional and friendly. As he left he said he would email me some prices in the next day or two. I waited a week without hearing from him. I emailed Brad asking about the quotes. I waited another week without hearing anything. I went into the store to see about the quotes. Brad told me that he was really busy with a big commercial client and hadn't had the chance to do up my quote. He apparently was so busy he couldn't be bother to even reply to my email. He said he would do up the quote the next day and email it to me. That was a month ago and I have heard nothing. So unless you are an importiant commercial client don't bother with this place, they don't have the time for you. It's not really even that he never gave me the promised quote as I am sure I can figure out how to install the floor myself. It is that Brad couldn't be bothered to treat me like a person and say that he was just too busy to help.

Natasha is a true gem ..good customer service

Love hometown service

Staff are not friendly. The store is dirty and items are all over the place. Home Depot and Lowe's are better option.

Got introduced to this location by a family member. They have lots of good deals from time to time. The staff knows what they are doing and answer all the queries.
