Flooring

My wife and I decided to redo all the flooring in our kitchen and living room. We looked around and settled on Complete Flooring Solutions. They had the best selection and fair pricing. In addition we recieved help from their interior designer who came up with some great ideas we ended up using. From start to finish Complete Flooring Solutions made our renovations go very smoothly and we continue to recommend them highly to our friends and family. Thanks again to Justin and all of his staff!

Never went inside

I have been a customer for 15 years and they have done our houses with excellent service, always arrive on time for scheduled jobs, run a clean and safe work site, have personable and friendly staff, and provide an excellent quality of product and installation in a professional manner. Highly recommended - they are second to none and we will be back for all our flooring needs!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to price match an item from a flyer (Canadian Tire) and was asked if this was a flyer from a United States Canadian Tire Store....really. Staff tried to look on-line but got stuck in the online Ontario Canadian Tire store and couldn't figure out how to find a Red Deer store. The item on my phone showing it at a Red Deer Canadian Tire couldn't be believed. Nobody knew the stores or their own postal code and couldn't find the flyer online. All this time I had the flyer in my hand. It just kept getting worse, until I left.... I will never ever go back. This was on a Wednesday and Lowes Thursday flyer the spray foam was marked down to Canadian Tire prices. Lowes doesn't even try. Just started developing my basement in my new home. Lowes won't see a penny from that budget. Already hoping Lowe's go the way of Target. Update. Tired to talk a coworker out of purchasing a dishwasher from Lowes. We left the store with a promise that we would be contacted as soon as the dish washer arrived from the warehouse. 53 minutes later ... long enough to get home and get settled we are notified by email that the dishwasher is in the store. What a complete waste of time. Went back to the store to pick up the dishwasher for the second time and it took over two hours until someone could move it from behind customer service to my truck. What a confused bunch.

Just purchased our new flooring from Andrew, great selection, easy to find.

I was very impressed with the service from Cornerstone Flooring, they were a pleasure to work with start to finish. Cornerstone provided me a detailed quote day one and then executed the quote in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for doing your part to make my project a success ;-)

I always like them helpful and perfect price

Rona N always great help at the pro desk lots of experience behind the lumber counter and well organised aisles make for a painless shopping trip at the yard a few trusty yardmen get your material happening and the gate minder flags your lumber on the way out making money

We are absolutely delighted with the gorgeous new garage floor at our new home. Clint was personable and professional; he custom-mixed the exact colour we wanted and it is perfect. He has excellent communication skills and returns calls and texts quickly. His crew completed the project in a timely and professional manner. Stacey was very easygoing and even made some good suggestions on site that worked well for us. Our whole experience was excellent. We are delighted with the outcome and feel we received good value. We highly recommend Clint and Tailored Living.

Just went in wondering about an exchange without a receipt. The lady was super helpful and bent over backwards to accomodate me and ended up printing a duplicate receipt so I can exchange a product.

Was a very pleasant experience staff were very knowledgeable and helpful

Excellent customer service from Shaun, flooring sales specialist. He was superb at helping us make the best informed purchase for our main floor remodel.

Salesman was knowledge and friendly, and even stayed until the last minute of opening hours to answer our question. Selection is great, and they can bring in sizes and colours even if they don't have them in stock. Prices are an expected, but clearance items are excellent value.

Really helpful people but they charged me $50 per bag of leveling clips, other stores are about $43. They don't stock the color of grout I wanted and X5 is over $20 a bag, it's only $14.50 elsewhere.
