Great customer service!

Good community hardware store

Has good prices and some deep discounts on things I actually need. Thanks!

Awesome customer service. We had a bar fridge that we bought a few months ago. We didn't have the receipt. They have us in store credit to get a new one because they didn't have the one we had originally purchased. The girls we extremely friendly Ashlyn at the 97 St store went above and beyond make our experience excellent.

Had such amazing service from Derek at the Manning location today. I don’t write reviews often but he made my day! Not sure why some of the reviews are bad.. maybe cause they didn’t get him. Super knowledgeable and helped me look for everything on my list from patio umbrella to pressure washer to weed killer. And he brought out the stuff to my car twice!! (I went back in cause had to buy some more stuff). I definitely will look for him next time I go back to Lowe’s!

Was in looking for a new front door. Guy there gave us a cheaper alternative. Putting a glass window in our existing door. Way cheaper. And no need to get installers in to put a new frame in.

Manan, in appliances, knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable about all of the lines Lowe's carries and offers excellent customer service. He's outstanding.

I shopped on the May 21 holiday in the morning. There was a door crasher special that some staff were seemingly unaware of. Maybe management needs to help ensure more awareness. At least some signage would be nice. And maybe a hello from employees too.

Great Place For Flooring.

When I called at 11:00 PM to inquire about a small repair to my kitchen cabinet, I was certain I would get an answering machine. I was surprised that a live person has answered the phone and offered the help without the wait and delay. When I explained to the handyman that I will be leaving the country on holidays in a day or two and wanted to take care of this, I thought he was joking when he asked me if I wanted him to come and inspect the job tonight? When I asked if there was any rush fee for it which I wanted to avoid, he said, Impress will never charge rush fees. A handyman by first name Joe came and took a look at the damage to my cabinet, explaining to me that the damage came from the leaking faucet and that I should change the seal on it right away. He did the job right away and suggested that I may need to replace the counter top at some time but I still have time and that he would be glad to come back and do it once I am back from holidays. I will definitely use Impress for all my future handyman and home renovations as they offer a lot of services under one roof, are honest, prompt and very reasonable with their prices. Kudos to Joe and his team. Ed - Edmonton

Surprisingly fun customer service for a building supplies/lumbar store, and extra helpful staff! Would definitely recommend :)

Awesome staff and products!

The place is more a knick knack shop then a hardware store.
