Extremely knowledgeable & friendly staff. From start to finish, every part of my House of Flooring experience was fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

I had a small job that needed done a while back. Things were quoted fairly, honestly, and the work was done well, and quickly. I don't have much to really say other than it was great getting to meet the guy who did the work. I know he's one of the owners (sorry, it's been 6 months, I don't remember his name anymore!) But for a low price, good quality work, and being able to support a local business (it's a locally owned franchise!) this was a good experience. When I do my carpets (which need to be done soon), I know who I'm going with.

My experience with Malkin's Carpets was fantastic! Our theater room carpet flooring is the perfect combination of high style and high quality. Marty and Debra are a class act, thank you!

I visited this location to inquire about having wood flooring installed in my kitchen and entry foyer. I stopped by at 5:15 on a Wednesday afternoon, and had an absolutely horrible experience. After I walked in I went to the front desk to speak to an employee, and there was a man sitting there watching television (loudly) on a laptop AND playing video games on his cell phone (his company shirt said "Tim"). I said "excuse me" to him, and after not receiving a response after about 20 seconds addressed him again, this time asking "are you busy?" I then walked out of the business since he made no effort to acknowledge me. I have never been treated like that in a shop before, and will NEVER return - I hope you steer clear as well!

Sales personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Always friendly and willing to help.

Len and Morgan were excellent to deal with. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. Morgan redid the carpet in our 1100 sqft basement in two days, including removing the old carpet and the underlay, which had been glued to the floor. I would heartily recommend Ultra Floors to anyone.
