Flooring

Excellent service and support , wide variety of different products.

End of the Roll was a great experience for us> Our sales rep. Jai was awesome to educate us about different colors and textures of different carpets. The installer was amazing, a very hard working man and very kind. Thank you again End of the Roll. I would use you again.

George is the best!!!!

I had Mike's crew come and install carpeting on a few levels of stairs as well as a long hallway. We've used this company before to install laminate flooring and figured we would stick with a business we trust. These guys are top notch in every way. Pricing, service and trouble shooting these guys are simply awesome. We had an issue where a previously and incorrectly installed flooring (not by Atex), caused a headache to install the carpet to laminate nosing. Mike had his crew cut back the laminate to make the nosing work! It was a skillful job not to chip up the floor and cause cracks but man they did great! I recommend these guys for laminate and carpeting and whatever else they do! It's nice to have a flooring company that looks after their customers before their bottom line! Thank you Atex Flooring!!

I have consistently had excellent experiences with this store. The staff, from the owner to the installer, have been really helpful each time. David, the owner, went out of his way to help me in a really urgent situation. I have been very pleased with the product each time as well. Canada Flooring is definitely my go to place now!

Came here with my wife to get a couple prices on some flooring we were interested in. Went to a couple places earlier in the day and this place was by far the most expensive. Wish they had a better selection with reasonable prices. Decided not to get my floors here, but the girl at the counter was nice.

Great selection and service. I’ve purchased here a couple of times and have been incredibly satisfied both times. The installer that did the installation was amazing and fast but installed a floor the way it should be installed. I consider myself a pretty picky person when it comes to quality and I am very happy with my choice in Monster Flooring!

Lots of flooring collections

Excellent service from the moment we walked into the store. All facets of the experience were exceptional. Would recommend this business to anyone.

We had Bryston do our entire main floor in engineered hardwood. The installers were very friendly and worked really hard to get our job done on time. When they ripped out the old flooring they found some unexpected surprises. The installer Ben had to replace a damaged sheet of subfloor and sand down some of the edges of the subfloor. They took alot of pride in their work and didn't take shortcuts, we are very happy we choose Bryston. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do hardwood or any other flooring Thanks Bryston :)

We did two renos in two homes with Canadian Flooring in Scarborough in the last few months. We bought floors for our Toronto home, and our contractor was very impressed with the quality for the price that we paid. When we moved to our new home in Peterborough, not only did we buy all our engineered hardwood floors, baseboards and crown moulding from them, but they also installed them for us. Quality of products are top notch at a fair price. This is a family-run flooring company, and it was a joy working with Cariena and her family. Cariena is the ultimate professional - she is efficient, responsive, and thorough, and she really made sure that our flooring needs were met. Even when there were a couple of hiccups that happened with the installation, Cariena and her dad made sure that they completed the installation and fixed what needed fixing. I cannot recommend them enough.

Quality workmanship and great customer service! They went above and beyond to accommodate, really shows they want your business. Very professional. The team were diligent with attention to detail! So happy with my flooring and stairs! Thank you BBS!

They had huge selection of carpet, tiles and hardwood to choose from for our home. Customer service was good and they went beyond our expectations to get us what we wanted. I`ll definitely purchase from here again. Thanks Raj!

Quality and best price

I have personally experienced the shyster-like actions of Rick Moffatt and his Sales Manager Rick Penhallegon. Their floor tiles failed and then tried to blame our cleaning techniques as the cause. I provided a Chemist (expert witness), scientific facts, illustrations and factual arguments to Moffatt to prove we were innocent of his allegations all of which he ignored. After weeks of correspondence, I finally had to report him and his bullying tactics to the Canadian Ministry of Consumer Affairs and the Toronto Better Business Bureau with a 40+ page complaint. He was still unmoved and continued to blame our cleaning techniques without any proof. In fact, his own literature contradicted his deluded reasoning on the case. In my opinion, he doesn't understand the science and chemistry involved in his product, blames his customers for manufacturing defects, and thus doesn't honor his warranty. He then verbally abuses, threatens and bullies his customers. Want a copy of the public-record complaint and his emails to see what I'm talking about? Just let me know.
