Flooring

Yes, absolute communication problem, No English at all. They did my laminate floor and hardwood stair. One step the cut short may be by mistake and they put small piece. Now my step is in two pieces. 4 pickets are just touching steps. Looks absurd. Still one picket is shaking and loose. Hand rail was not properly installed at first. They redo it after I drawn his attention. In laminate, where floor is slightly uneven, they didn't put extra rubber sheet even after my reminder when work was in progress. Leaving that part hollow under laminate floor. Workman chipped nosing at one spot due to bad drill. Otherwise overall experience and price is very good and customer service is good.

Bought over 1,500 square foot of Vintage handscrapped hardwood to match our existing ground floor from builder. We have called few hardwood flooring stores and Alan from Advance gave us the lowest price and a free delivery.

Terrible after-sales support. Arrogant sales staff, cynical management. They are more interested protecting their suppliers than their customers. Don't buy anything there.

I bought about 1100 sqft for my home Reno. I dealt with Jesse on the original transaction (for 900sqft). When I realized I missed a room I had to scramble while contractors were still on site. Jesse helped me again to get another 200sqft within an afternoon from the factory. Very happy with service and quality!

These guys were amazing! Top quality work. Very reasonably priced. Very transparent about timeline and schedule. And they were friendly and fun to have have around. Highly recommend!

Best hardware store in town and amazing service

I recently had Mainville Flooring install custom blinds in my home. I received two quotes and theirs was the most competitive and their response was more friendly and informed than the competing quote. From the initial quote, to helping me select the products, to measuring, to installation, my experience with Mainville Flooring was very positive.

Great place. Makes you feel like family. Very helpful. Goes above and beyond.

nice products with competitive price. Karen is always helpful

We did not find what we wanted but we had service to help us look for what we wanted.

Amazing variety and good prices...9 times our if 10 prices are better than Lowes

Great place for hardwood floors and any custom wood issues you may have. Troy just routered two doors for me to cover an electrical panel. Always fair pricing and great service.

Great place people are very helpful
