Flooring

They did some work in the basement and the floors look really great now. The tiles were delivered on time and the installation team did a great job to finish installation before the deadline. They were courteous and quick. Thank you.

The store is very neat and organized. Staff is not only easy to find, but are very friendly. Speedy check out and easy to use self check. I will definitely be going to this store location again.

Rip off. Had some carpet repair which needed to be done in small part of basement. Was told it would take 3 hours of time as they needed to drill holes in the basement concrete which would be intensive work. Based off that was quoted price of 250. Guy (Alex) finished it in 30-45 mins instead. Asked him why he made it seem job would take so long but he had no good answer. Even though job was much less intensive than anticipated he still demanded to be paid the full 250. In retrospect probably could have had carpet installed in the whole basement at that price. Don't waste you're time, they'll rip you off.

Professional job.installer were in time. I will recommend to friends

Johnny in the Lumber Yard is THE BEST!!! He helped me so much, was so patient with me, brain stormed ideas with me, and saved me time and MONEY! This DIY-Bride is very happy!!! He even asked for me to bring back pictures of the wedding projects after they are complete so he could see how they all came together, as well as congratulates me on my upcoming wedding! Johnny truly knows how to connect with a customer and make them feel valued. Thank you again!!!

My partner and I recently hired Ideal Floor Covering to install new carpets in two rooms and on two staircases in our home. We were thrilled with both the service we received and with the end result. When we initially went to the showroom, Dan provided us with a number of choices in the price range we were looking for. He was attentive and his recommendations in terms of colour were right on point. Dan also explained the importance of a good underpad for our carpet and it made such a huge difference! Our carpets were installed while we were away on vacation, and we came back to stunning new carpets! We were super impressed with how clean our home was left after the install- aside from the new carpet, you would never know that anyone was in our home at all. In short, we received amazing service and we absolutely love our carpets. We would recommend Ideal Floor Covering in a heartbeat!

Excellent help from Mark. Walked me through all the details regarding my flooring project.

I purchased my hardwood flooring & it looks great from start to finish I highly recommend them

Very informative , great stock on hand, will use again, I love this place!!!!!!!!

Doing a few Home projects, purchased my flooring here which we were very happy with both the quality and pricing. The manager was helpful even showed me a few tricks to get a nice flat floor as I did myself. Sent me home with a couple of tools that made the job so much easier than what I originally had planned. I’m pleased to say it looks as Though I paid a Flooring professional to install and me and the brother-in-law did the entire thing even the trim molding. I will recommend this store to anyone looking into a do it yourself project. Very helpful.

I am delighted with my new floors installed by McLeod Carpet. The salesperson Erin was very helpful and patient, and the floors are beautiful. Both Erin and her manager were very determined to assure I was happy with the result, and I am. I highly recommend McLeod Carpet.
