Flooring

Very happy with my floors! Job was done with extreme care and professionalism! Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Great staff. Nick is a top notch installer. Beautiful, quality flooring. Very happy with their work.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me make some good choices and were very informative.

I have bought hardwood at Auctions, bought from other Ontario flooring Manufacturers, bought Big Box Bargains and imported Chinese deals. This Company is by far the best there is. I went to their Tweed showroom where I learned a plethora about hardwood flooring. My wife and I had a miliion questions, each answer was given with patience. We took four samples ($20.00 each) .My wife and Keri (Designing Durham) called Cooper several times to get thei question answered. We ordered over 4000 sq/ft of maple engineered stock.and the matching heat registers. Gaylord gave us credit for the samples and gave us a gallon stain so we could match out maple stairs. The flooring was delivered and allowed to climatize for a week. We decided to use Gaylords installers.(BEST MOVE EVER!!!!) i HAD BOARDS UP TO 16 FEET LONG. .They used a ton of staples /cleats to hold down the planks. I have no sqeaks. They took their time to make the installation right. A builder / developer friend watch the install and said"most professional install job he has seen in years" WATCH ALL THE VIDEOS. There is a reason why you invest more , The product is great, the people are great, the install was great, GAYLORD IS GREAT NEIL CLARK OSHAWA

Found what we wanted. No issues. Good quality.

Went to the store to return an item and had the wrong receipt. The cashier was able to do it with using my debit card to look it up. Very nice

David has a passion and a vision for excellence in all aspects of his business - knowledge, technical expertise and attention to his customers. He and Cindy from the Kingston store helped us find an antique rug for our redecorated living room and then cleaned and most skillfully restored two family heirloom rugs that will last through future generations - the work was superb. David provided very convenient pickup and delivery to our home in Prince Edward County.

Only one cashier in garden center, wait was ridiculous. Senior woman came back to cashier 4 times asking for help with bags of mulch. Cashier paged for help 6 times before the kid showed up. First day of Memorial day weekend ad, should have been better prepared. Several people waiting in line left and said they were going across the street to Home Depot.

We purchased Pale Ale laminate wood flooring for our living room, dining room and hallway, Capri Basalt vinyl tile flooring for our front entrance and an area rug for the living room. Dustin, Floor Expert was a huge help in picking the right colours and designs for our home. Ian and his crew of installers from Superior Flooring did an excellent job of laying the laminate, vinyl tiles and quarter-round. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Thank you End of the Roll!
