This place charged us for a rug repair that they damaged themselves! We bought a rug and a couple of days after, we noticed that the wool was shedding where they had the clips to hang the rug. We called the store and they said to bring it back and that they would fix it. When we came back to pick it up when it was fixed, they charged us for the repairs!!! Unbelievable! That is robbing people!

I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be mentioned! I had an amazing experience with this store, from the moment I stepped into the store I was met with a warm greeting and the salesperson that served me exceeded my needs. Furthermore, I got the chance to meet the manager who was very friendly and answered all my remaining inquiries!

Super good quality hardwood with wonderful service in Hardwood outlet in Ottawa. The best in Ottawa after I shopped around a lot. Both staffs are great. Ali even spent his overtime to help me delivered the hardwood in the evening when I asked. Will definitely recommend to friends.

My husband and I were very excited to work with Scott on sanding and re-staining our floors in our new home. Everything seemed to be going great. He was supposed to start our project today and he never showed up. He cancelled on us through text message this morning. Bailing on us the day of is one thing, but ignoring our phone calls is even worse. He did not man up to it. We did not deserve to be treated like this. Our experience with him was extremely disappointing and the way he handled everything was very unprofessional. Thank you for leaving us stranded…

I DON'T TRUST THEM. I purchased a ceramic tile from one of the owners two weeks ago for $5 psf and a week later when I went over to get the tiles, the other owner quoted the same tile $3 psf saying those were cheap tiles. When I asked the original seller to look into this discrepancy, at first he completely denied it saying the other one knows nothing about ceramics. At the end, he agreed to look into it and call me, which he never did!
