Flooring

We had FloorMart install about 2200sqft of tile and vinyl flooring. The tile is fine, but they did not properly level the floor prior to laying the vinyl laminate floating floor, so the downstairs sounds hollow and you can see the floor flexing. After numerous phone calls about the issues as well as the stair caps coming unglued, they finally sent someone over to evaluate the floors, and they immediately said it wasn't right and needed to come up and be re-leveled. They told us to clear the room and rip out the baseboards that we installed ourselves after the floor....well the show up and they aren't going to do anything to fix it. So now we are left to reinstall, caulk, and paint baseboards and move all our furniture back and live with a floor that will feels super cheap and the tongue and grove joints will probably break in a few years from the stress of flexing anytime there is weight on it. Upstairs the floor is solid and doesn't sound hollow for the most part, but you can find a few mushy spots....I can live with that, but 70% of the floor downstairs sounds hollow and flexes under your feet. So much for their warranty.

Not good customer service never went to measure the room. Poor Seric

Excellent Customer Service and carpet by Mr. Rabi!

Visited the garden center... very nice... lots of choices. Easy access to I40... zip in... zip out.

Staff was very helpful. Special mention to Javan, he went above and beyond with helping us tie our mattress to our roof so that we could safely drive, without worrying about it constantly falling down. Javan you are a rockstar and amazing human. Thanks for all the help.

Kimbrough installed, sanded and finished about 1000 sq ft of flooring in my home. Tom was wonderful about helping me to find the best product for my money. Their employees were there everyday when they said they would be and the job was completed in the time I was promised. The floors turned out beautiful and I get tons of compliments on them. I can't say enough good about this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors done.

I recently visited Enchantment Carpet to purchase some carpet padding for a customer of ours, however, I was a little side tracked by the abundance of beautiful carpet they had in their showroom. I recently had an addition built on my house, so we have been in the process of looking for a trustworthy company to go through for a good quality carpet. I might have failed to mention earlier that I own a carpet cleaning company (Steamaway Carpet Cleaning), so i guess you can say I'm very meticulous about my flooring; mainly carpet in general. Anyhow, I picked up the padding I needed for our customer, which by the way, was practically a steal compared to the company we used in the past; but furthermore, I picked out some esquisite top notch quality carpet that Low*s or H**e De**t wouldn't even think about carrying. None the less, we paid a fraction of the cost compared to the same quality and brands from other flooring company's my wife and I had been to. Take it from a professional who's been maintaining and giving recommendations on carpet maintenance for the past 16 years here in Albuquerque, these guys are the BEST...they definitely are very knowledgeable In their field of expertise. They know everything that one could only possibly think about knowing about carpet. In all my years In this line of work, I've never met such informative staff. They've got a customer for life and I'll most certainly, be referring all my customers, family members and colleagues to them. Thanks again, Damon and staff, couldn't have ask for a better experience!!!

Cole was very informative and helpful with everything! Very kind staff members

Aaron and his crew did a great job tearing out and rebuilding our master shower. Aaron identified the problem in our existing shower, and upon tear out, it was exactly what he said. Matching the tile of the rest of the bathroom had turned out beautifully and the shower looks like it was planned to be a darker color. I really appreciated that he and his crew were always on time and we always knew what was going on. There were a few glitches along the way (aren't there always?) but Aaron handled them professionally, explained things and the end product is better than I could have imagined. His ideas and workmanship are true craftsman quality. We would highly recommend him and will use him in the future for any other work we have.

Been buying stuff here for years
