Helpful, knowledgeable and professional help when I was choosing a grill.

Paul and Dennis demonstrated great customer care and service. Unique problem and the answer was, "We've got a kit for that." Well done!

Manager took 15 minutes to get to the register for every turn strolled like he was on a Sunday park walk

They do a good job of keeping everything updated and there's always new tools there to choose from. They have good prices too. There's really nothing I can complain about!

Friendly as usual...a great place to shop.

Two short notice carpet cleaning requests in less than 90 days, at two different houses. These folks did not disappoint. From taking time to make sure the carpet was clear of debris, to looking out for corners and walls with their equipment. I will definitely utilize them in the future.

Love going to Lowes. Great staff and can find what I'm looking for.

The employees are really nice. They will take my dog food out to my car for me.

Nice little hardware store with a wide selection of useful things. Great customer service as well.

Not many folks here are willing to spend the time helping a customer find something. One young man looked directly at me as I waved to him for help. He promptly turned the opposite direction and disappeared in the employees section of the store. There was one rather pleasant young man that spent time helping me with a quick decision concerning drills. To him, I give thanks for taking time out of your other duties to help me!

IT WAS GREAT I ENJOY VISITING THERE EVERYONE SO HELPFUL

Give it 1 star because it won't allow me to give no stars Bought a hot watet heater there that doesn't work. Tried to call Lowes was put on hold for 13 minutes and got hung up on. I had to drive to the store only to be told to call the manufacturer who then told me I could not return the hot water heater for a new one. I had to get a local plumber to diagnose the problem. Called the one they gave me and he said it would be a week before he could get to me. So that puts my son daughter in law and my 7 month old granddaughter without hot water for 2 weeks. Bottom line dont shop at Lowes and dont buy AO Smith products, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Should have gone to Home Depot. Why will it not allow me to give you a thumbs down?

I have used Latriece Brooks and her decorating expertise over the last several years. She has truly helped to transform our house into such a beautiful, cozy, and functional home to raise our children, without breaking the bank. She has worked very hard to make the transitions reflective of my style and favorite pieces, and she always thinks of the perfect ways to accent them, to give it that unique and special look and feel that I have always wanted, but never knew how to achieve on my own. She is very easy to work with, a professional in every sense of the word, and has such a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer any person that would like to update, change, or improve their home's appearance on the inside or out.

Always courteous, helpful people, and the store is clean.
