We are so pleased with the new floor. It definately added warmth into our home and truly compliments each of the connected rooms. The entire process from sales interactions, borrowing sample tiles, and through installation -- exceeded our expectations. We loved working with Joe and Joe Jr. and their work is top-notch. We were devout DIY'ers, and are SO glad that we did not tackle this ourselves. You are the best!

Sales ppl accomadating, nice products in store. Laminate flooring installers that installed my floor do not know how to correctly stagger the floor for its best appearance. They left me with a staircase/ lightning bolt pattern in the floor. The store sent them back to repair the above scenario. After cleanup and my ability to see the uncluttered floor I realized that they improved the stagger by inserting a board between each staggered board but essentially left the same pattern. I explained to them that I want the boards to be randomly staggered so that the lines do not create a pattern, obviously they don’t understand what this means. It was hard and time consuming to put the floor back together again so l let them leave and just accepted the partial improvement that I saw. If you have them install laminate flooring know what you want and watch and supervise them closely. . .

Shane's Hardwood Floors never did work for Philip Hoblin. He is a felon who has been in jail 4 times. He also goes by fake names including the one on here John Rain. Google Philip Hoblin Mugshots. He has posted false reviews to many businesses . There is another review on yelp that claims his 3 girls were threatened. He has not seen his daughters in years. There is a restraining order against him. There is a warrant out for his arrest.

Aways fully stocked. Employees are great and check out is quick. Excellent experience.

Ordered over $3,000 worth of new appliances. A fridge and microwave were delivered from this store. The microwave had food stains in it and was obviously used. The fridge had a dent in the front which was visible after delivery guys left and I took the protective film off. The range, delivered from a different Lowe’s, was obviously used with food grime inside and missing parts. I’ve heard similar things of Lowe’s selling returned and used items as new. I guess the rumors were true. Pretty shady practices.

We really, really like it here. My husband and I were redoing our bathroom and I am the most indecisive person on the planet. Lisa and Robert took the time to show me so many options on tile for our floor, smaller square tiles for the shower floor and a matching backsplash around the sinks. They took the time to get to know what we like and even ordered us a larger sample for free so we could see what it would look like in a larger size tile. I can't believe how much time they took, especially when I take so long to decide. But they didn't mind and they understood that when it's your own house and you're not going to change it, you want to get it right. Thanks so much for all of your help!
