The person below named "ROSE MARTIN" was more than likely manipulated by "Mark Allen" ( The store manager in wilkes barre, PA) to give the review five stars. Her review also violates Google's "conflict of interests policy" because she is also the owner of the delivery service that Lumber Liquidator uses for their customers. She also must have been taught that if you don't have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all, because you can clearly see not one person has anything nice to say about the Manger in that store. & I'm sure Mr.Allen made some type of slick comment along the lines of " if you want me to use your delivery services you better give us five stars"..

My husband and I absolutely love our floors, they look fantastic. We had visited several different businesses to look at flooring and the man who helped us, Chris, was amazing! So helpful with answering every question we had. We bought for 4 rooms but have only put down one, it looks fantastic! I would defiantly recommend to others.

Talk about a great experience with a family tradition. This place not only has very proven history as a community thoroughbred, but good old fashioned value mixed with expert knowledge certainly made my buying experience a wonderful one. I would 100% recommend.!!

Sold a poxy product that is not meeting the expectations. After three repeated applications, they product is still scratching and peeling. Would not recommend using the vendor.

Very rude employee!!! I walked in the store with a empty McDonald’s drink and bag in my hand as I browsed the shelves. I found a trash can and threw out the garbage as I continued to shop. At checkout a young female employee came up to me and sternly said “where’s your Burger King!!?” And I said “I threw it out.” and the employee says waving her hand in my face “oh so you just left it in the store somewhere!?” Obviously trying to embarrass me in front of people I said “NO I PUT IT IN THE TRASH CAN!” And once I said that she did not know what to do so she just walked away and sat behind the computer in the booth at the front of the store. The employee (who’s name I did not catch) was a brat and does not know how to treat a customer! This employee should rather be retrained or replaced! You never question a customer about something like that unless you see them leave trash on shelves! NOT IMPRESSED AND NOT GOING BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!!
