Flooring

Just had a floor installed and it looks fantastic, service was above and beyond at a reasonable price, thanks!

I no they wouldn't do that nasty grout job that's horrible. You definitely got the wrong company .

I have recently had this company do my epoxy floors in my home! I have to say not only was the girl who answered the phone amazing and helpful, every step of the process was extremely professional. The crew that came were attentive to every single detail and I am amazed at how they made my floors come to life! I highly recommend this company!

They have high quality carpeting in stock at unheard of low prices, other places do not stock carpet even close to what Enjem's of Rome has, at all, and at prices 40% less than retail prices was surprising to say the least. They also stock Tarkett and Armstrong sheet vinyl at half the price of its retail price. If you can't find what you like in stock, they have literally hundreds of choices to choose from, and have all the samples so you can actually see and feel the product. So whatever you need, whether it be carpeting, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl planks, laminate, hardwood, ceramic, porcelain, or flooring cleaning and maintenance supplies, Enjem's of Rome should be the place you go. They have full installation and repair services, and there installers are thee best in the area. Enjem's has been making flooring dreams come true for a century, and professionalism and integrity is a requirement of all there employees. So when you make an important decision like replacing the flooring in your home or business, or adding flooring to your new construction, you want to go somewhere that makes it personal, and Enjem's is that place.

Ozzie takes payment and then does not finish the job. No call backs, no follow ups. Terrible service

Like a second home to me,I spend more time and money in there than I do anywhere else.

The assistant manager (Jay) was excellent to work with. There were issues and he solved all of them to make my experience a good one.

Absolute trash customer service the cashier Sherry or Shelby is an embarrassment to BO and to the humanity i wouldn't spend another penny there if prices were 80% below retail people go to a real retailer and get the service you pay for

Mateflex fails to provide serviceable product. Customer has been fighting management 7 years for selling customer tiles with inferior glue. Glue oozes up around tiles causing unmanageable stickiness. Company says to buy replacement tiles because new tiles have better glue. Why would she buy more product from them when the first shipment was unsatisfactory. Customer's request for refund of original tiles denied. Management told customer to clean up glue with GooGone or cover with rugs or buy more tiles or get a lawyer. Customer asks only for refund of cost of tiles, $4,781.00, shipping cost, $687.55, plus installation cost if. $1,075 for a total cost of. I$6,549,39. If customer seeks legal action, compensation will increase as it will include labor for initial installation, cost of clean up materials, time and labor, plus legal fees. Customer will not lose in court. Unfair tactics by Mateflex management.
