The worst experience I have ever incountered... Three quarters of an hour waiting for an associate in the flooring department, only the find out he had no clue about anything carpet... He said "he wasn't an expert", but that the EXPERT would be in at 2pm, this was at 11am.
Then on to the appliance department, looking for, and found a freezer...
But there was no available associate to answer any questions.
Wanted to share with the store manager my experience, but the store manager was not there, after having been told to please wait... She would be right with me...
NEVER AGAIN TO LOWES....
They hire incompitants, then store manager is nowhere to be found...

This is going to be my last time going to this home Depot. Nothing is stocked in the right place, prices don't make sense, the whole store is a mess, checkout is hell. This place should be closed down, go anywhere else but here. I've given up.

Carpet and Design Emporium

Carpet Emporium is wonderful and Sy is a gem to work with. After a designer found prices slightly cheaper elsewhere, I made the mistake of using the cheaper company. Well, you get what you pay for. The other company did a horrible job and when I called Carpet Emporium they came and installed new carpet and did a fantastic job. After my experience with the other company, I only used Carpet Emporium for my other rooms and will do so going forward for any carpeting needs.

Ray and Julia took great care of my family with my wall to wall carpet. Ray didn't rush to get an order. He was thorough with explaining the carpet and procedures. His guys who laid the carpet were nice and quick. My carpet was installed with in an hours time. I would recommend anyone who needs a carpet to go see Ray. I gave him 5 stars for excellence and over all politeness.
