Flooring

Great team of people who provide a great service. They also have done several "Red Carpet" events for the New Hyde Park Museum. Anyone who has come to help is always extremely professional and work to support the museum in many ways.

They had exactly what I needed and helped me find it. Excellent customer service....I'll be back, again and again!

I've been designing kitchen and bath projects since 1987 and love what I do. I have designed projects from right here in Pinehurst, NC, to San Francisco, Santa Barbara and as far away as the Hawaiian islands including Maui, Oahu and Kauai. I love the design phase as well as being a hands on Project Manager where bringing the dream together makes for a rewarding experience not only for me but more importantly for my clients. After 30 years of experience I have reached the expert level in all aspects of the Kitchen and Bath industry from design, material acquisition, project management and client satisfaction. Give me a call and let me create the kitchen of your dreams.

Moore Floors were awesome from the very first step. Carla helped me pick out a beautiful laminate floor and carpet for my apartment. They installed everything in 2 days and it seriously couldnt have been more perfect! I am IN LOVE with my floors. I would reccomend them

Store is poorly staffed and managed. During even moderately busy times if you can find a sales associate they often already have 2-3 customers waiting for their help. No less 2-3 checkouts open. Not the associates fault, most are very knowledgeable in their areas and want to help you. It's upper management not scheduling for customer traffic and thenselves not working peak customer times. After doing some research I found a $2,500 zero turn mower on their website. Went to Southern Pines, NC store and even though they had a dozen mower displays out front (many duplicates) they didn't have the zero turn out front. After going to the store 7 days in a row because of repeated promises that one would be assembled "next day" each time I finally gave up. Now another 7 days later (full 2 weeks) I again was in the store (we don't have a Home Depot in town) and heard a guy say he was waiting to get help with a zero turn mower. He waited 10 minutes for help, the sales associate acted like it was the first time he was hearing they didn't have one out front (even though it was the same mower he "helped" me try to find 5 days earlier). I told the customer good luck with that and how I waited 7 days. He, like me, was still trying to see and buy thev $2,500 mower 15 minutes later when I passed him again. A store that could care less about 2 customers and $5,000 in sales is a store really not trying to earn your business.

Great place friendly staff great service

We've used Francy on two projects and we will for all projects going forward, including our upcoming kitchen renovation. She is the designer of choice in the Sandhills.

We purchased Karastan carpet and had various area rug sizes cut and bound at Flooring America. John Stroup was our sales person and he was great to work from beginning to end.

Great place good people

Great crew and great prices. Professional service and excellent quality. Quick and very thorough work and they maintained very good communication the entire time.
