Flooring

Great help and nice and helpful.

Picked up a few things for around the house. Everyone friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what I needed and where it was located. Plenty of registers open so no waiting in line at checkout. Great place.

Always a great store to find just about everything one needs for the home or garden. Watch for their closeouts to catch some great deals. This particular store has some terrific sales people especially in the windows department and the garden areas. If your able to visit the store in the middle of the week, you'll have much better luck getting speedy assistance. I need to mention allot of folks head over to this particular Lowe's Hardware because of the Hotdog Man selling great dogs most days. Good eats!

Had to go and get a piece of lumber for the floor the little guy in the lumber department was awesome he was very polite I also made my payment on my card at customer service the lady there was very nice and polite

I've spent thousands of dollars at this location as a private customer, not as a business, only because they're located close to my house. Every time I come here, the customer service is atrocious, specifically in the flooring and lumber departments (I waited over 30 minutes at the lumber cutting area today, and finally had to find someone on my own). The ONLY reason I shop here, as opposed to Home Depot, is because they have somewhat better prices (at this point I'll take the higher prices at HD because they have WAY better customer service). Everyone seems way too busy talking to the other "Assistants" to help the customers, if you can find someone, they don't work in whatever department you find them in, and they don't know where anything is. On top of that, they all act like you've inconvenienced them for asking for help. The only associate I've ever had a good experience with is Endesia at checkout.

I can't say enough! Helping Hands Handyman is AWESOME. I have been trying to find a reliable, hardworking handyman for two years. No one wants to repair my popcorn ceilings. This company is exceptional over and above, go the extra mile. They came in repaired, did just what they said they were going to do, on time, on budget and did some extra work I requested. I would love to keep them all to myself lol but I know I have to share such excellent work. I will be requesting their services for ALL my upcoming projects and believe me I have some. Thanks again.

Quality flooring and good prices

Good stuff cheap. If you like you better buy it because it'll be gone next week great place to shop though.

Customer service is great, lots of bargains

Although we didn't end up making a purchase yet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice showroom.

They were able to transform my daughter's old room with a fresh coat of paint along with beautiful laminate flooring for less than $1000! Would definitely recommend again..
