Flooring

Owner of company is a great person

Incredible ladies and product's. The service they provided us with was friendly and personable. Great quality and affordable prices. They have a forever customer with us.

Helpful employees and they had everything I was looking for. Cleaning supplies, a new indoor trash can, wooden hangers and a shoe rack.

We moved from our house in Cary to Fuquay-Varina in order to sell the house in Cary. The house in Cary needed new carpet and LVP floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Got quotes from several vendors to include Kimi's. JJ was the salesperson. Had 1 or 2 less expensive quotes, but those vendors seemed to want to push low quality. JJ gave me a very fair quote. I wanted to remove the old flooring before painting and install new after painting, which they did. For both removal and installation, they seemed to have plenty of help, and both jobs were done quickly. I was very happy with the work and I believe the new flooring helped the house sell well. Since I lived in F-V at the time, I would stop in occasionally to their shop to ask questions. Everyone I spoke with seemed very customer focused and knowledgable. I high recommend Kimi's carpet plus.

Replaced counter tops in bathroom and kitchen, with the professional help from everyone from the office staff to the installers it was a painless project! Thank you for the awesome job!

Awsome

Justin is very helpful and knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain all of the many choices. I highly recommend Justin at flooring by design

Good service, though they haven't much on display and it would be easier if you look on their website

Best deals in town!!

Just put down Armstrong Luxe luxury vinyl plank in my living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. Brian Harrell and his family members were so good to work with. Jose and his co-workers did an amazing job preparing and installing the flooring. They are trust worthy. I will use them again, when I replace the carpet in the three bedrooms.

First class operation! Billy is very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Billy for all your flooring needs. He installed my floor, whole house. He also repaired my floor after water damage. Awesome...

Jason was very professional throughout the project. Arriving on time and on budget as promised - also explaining how the epoxy product would work and what we could expect to see. The end result is amazing - we couldn't be happier with the look and quality of our new garage floor.
