Flooring

Always has what I need, even gives me new ideas for making my home more efficient! The employees aren't always the greatest but for the most part, they are decent and polite.

The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and glad to be of assistance

Best customer service ever! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and they installed our carpet in record time with clean and professional crew!

This location was much better than the Apex - Beaver Creek location. Not only did someone actually answer the phone but the gentleman was very helpful and quick with processing my order. I was buying a washer and dryer for my new home - he knew exactly what accessories would come with it, too. I did have a slight hold time getting transferred to customer service to pay for the purchase but I was just happy to have someone actually pick up. Hopefully delivery and installed go as smooth as the phone call did. I called that Apex location 3 times and not one person answered. If you are buying stuff in Apex I recommend Home Depot. This Cary Lowe's is good if you prefer Lowe's to Home Depot.

I just had new hardwood and tile floor done by Bradley Flooring & Paint, and I couldn't be happier with the job. The sales staff (Larramie) worked with me to match existing flooring for a GREAT match. They did a great job cleaning up in the end, and the floors look great, Thanks

David and his team did a great job installing new carpet in all 3 bedrooms and stairway , would recommend thier services to anyone looking new flooring .

Got good selection of items and good prices, not really a flooring store anymore

Great product with competitive pricing along with knowledgeable and friendly staff

We had Apex Floor and Tile help us with a remodel of our 70's split level bathroom. They did a great job from beginning to end. The communication was responsive, quote came in right on target, and the workmanship was awesome. Would recommend them for bathroom remodels, along with tile work and flooring. Great job!!

Quality professional work. Great team!

This is my brothers place. Because this hasn't changed in a year I'm going to say this is the worst flooring cimpany. Don't hire or buy from them.

Overcrowded. Short-staffed. Knowledgeable staff, but overworked and stressed. Good selection. Have what you need.

Staffs are friendly and helpful to find items. Good selection of plants and garden items.

Tri-Point Flooring did an incredible job refinishing our floors! They were very thorough in preparing us for the job and made recommendations based on our needs. They made the overall experience very easy for us and we couldn't be happier!
