Flooring

We had water damage to our home and our contractor referred Bob. We received quick responses and good feedback. We were able to pick our materials quickly. He said the materials were in but he was waiting on the contractor to complete XYZ... well the contractor couldn't do some of those things until the floor was in. So construction was stalled 1 week. At the 1 week point, Bob started saying he was busy. He was only doing ours at that time because of our contractor. Once we got him in the house to lay the floors, the carpet installation was PERFECT! I couldn't ask for a better job. The vinyl in the bathroom was a great quality job. The kitchen was a totally different story. There was grout all of the tiles. It looked and felt like they just did not clean up after themselves. We did not notice the grout until a few weeks after installation because we weren't living in our house at the time. When we followed up with Bob, he stated he hired a new crew for our job but why are we now just reaching out. He also questioned if we did anything to our floor. We asked him how to clean up the grout and he said he did not know that he would have to reach out the crew he sent. Thankfully, our contractor sent his guys to clean up the mess and make the job right. We did not hear from Bob again. We will be needing new floors in a few spaces. If it is carpet, we MAT hire Bob again. Anything involving grout, we will look somewhere else.

Greg's Carpet & Tile installed hardwood flooring in both our living room and office area in October 2013. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the work is still evident today -- everyone comments on how beautiful our floors are! I would recommend if you are seeking a local flooring expert, give Greg a chance to look at your needs and see for yourself the good work he does!

Very pleased with his performance & creative work.

The cashier got irate at me for having my dog near the snacks at checkout, telling me that people would report Lowe’s if they saw a dog near (PACKAGED) food. Like i could help the fact that that’s where the food is located. She had the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever seen in an employee, I was kind and walked out. If you allow dogs in a store then why would an employee be so hateful to a customer with a trained dog that was by my side the whole time? Ridiculous.

It was a great experience wihLegacy and their crew. They delivered more than my expectations. The work was completed ahead of time and everyone who comes to the house compliments the floor 😊! Work done a 💯!!

Joe and crew were awesome! Very professional, took the time to review options with me and stuck to timeline. My floors turned out amazing! I highly recommend using Joe for all flooring needs!!

Kathy at Lake Norman Flooring doesn't pay her installers, you may end up with a lien on your home. But elsewhere.

The BEST in town!!! Way better than Midway

Always stop there when we are in hickory.

Warner's has been my go-to for selection and service for my interior design clients for years. Seeing some negative reviews compelled me to offer feedback from a professional who is very picky about the custom rugs we create, as well as the installation. We work in luxury homes where the best is expected. We also have clients who are careful about how they invest their dollars. Don't hesitate to make a visit to a company who has a long history of quality and taking care of their customers.

I am done with "big box" stores. So delighted with the quality and level of service provided. I think what used to take several days to sort out the details of a carpet install from big box, took me about 45 minutes with Floor Coverings International. Selection was large, design input was great, logistics about the install date was quick and reliable, and the installer was awesome. Already know they will be hired for my loft project when I am ready for next carpet install. Plus, I love supporting small business owners in the area. Nice job, everyone!
