The customer service is so sad. [Christine Posey]

very satisfied with the refinishing of our Heart Pine floors. Jay at JL Floors was timely, neat, and kept us informed throughout the job. I would recommend his services.

Very helpful young lady assisted me when I returned merchandise without my receipt. She found the receipt online and I was on my way!

Military discount is awesome. No bs 10% all the time

Good, prices and lots of good selection of things.

Deposit cashed, but never started the job. It's now the end of February and 9 month that the company has not returned the deposit. They have no interest to return the deposit. It's time to get a lawyer involved. Never seen a worst company! Stay away from them. It's now almost 3 month after the company cancelled the job and they have not yet returned the deposit of $532.69. They said they would return the deposit "in accordance with their company policy". What is the company policy? To screw the customer? How can anybody trust a company like his? They should be ashamed to treat any customer this way. It shows how low there moral is. On May 30th 2017 I signed a contract with the company to "sand and refinish my hardwood floor". The contract value was $1,598.06 and a deposit of $532.69 was paid with the contract. The project was scheduled to start October 9th. and to be finished Oct. 13th. The company never showed up at the agreed upon date but sent an e-mail on Oct. 12th that "we will not be performing your project and the contract is withdrawn". Requests to return the deposit were not answered, even after the BBB sent them 2 letters. I'm still waiting for my money. Do you want to do business with this company??? Response to the company on 10/25/2017: The company received my deposit of $532.69 in May but cancelled the job on 10/12/17. A complaint was filed with the BBB and they sent a letter to the company on 10/24/17 to resolve the issue. No answer from the company. A 2nd letter was sent by the BBB on 11/09/17 with no response either. Only now, the company has time to respond to my on-line reviews within minutes of the post. I still have no word, if and when they are going to refund my deposit. The owner even posts a lie saying I sent the crew home. Why would I have done this?? Fortunately, a few days later I found another company to get the job done. I’m a business owner myself and have never had to post a complaint about a contractor, nor received any complaints from my customers. But there is always a first one. My recommendation is to stay away from people taking your money and not delivering.

After vetting over 10 flooring companies and contractors, we chose Carpet Smart to install COREtec vinyl planking and carpet throughout our beach home at Holden Beach, NC. We chose them because of their favorable reviews on the Holden Beach FB pages and because we wanted a company that specialized in flooring materials and installation every day. We also had no doubt that John (the Owner) would stand behind his products and his installation if we ever had a problem. From my first contact with Patty on the telephone, to us meeting John, to their installation crews we found everyone at Carpet Smart to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We had an idea going in concerning the materials we wanted. However, with Carpet Smart's broad selection of materials in their showroom, coupled with their staff's experience and knowledge they listened to us concerning our specific application and as a result they were able to guide us to exactly the right flooring for our needs and our pocket book. As with any older home, especially beach homes on pilings, we had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. Hats off to Junior and Oscar of their installation crew for addressing these issues without a hiccup in addition to their extremely profession installation. Carpet Smart told us exactly what they were going to do and when they were going to do it, they provided a fair price and then they executed the plan, far exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend Carpet Smart for your flooring needs. They definitely deserve your consideration.

Great prices ,friendly staff will use in the future

Large selections of cabinets, flooring and more. Good prices. Solid cabinets, a lot of tile for shower and carpet. Well worth the trip to weigh your options.

On time every day. Love what they do. Absolutely worth every penny. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Bob and his team were awesome. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job. The pictures don't do the floors justice.
