Carpet One Floor & Home
5560 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28403, United States
As a local home builder we have experience with flooring companies. Some good, some bad. Rob at Carpet One is the best - hands down. We have used Carpet One on several homes now and every step has been seamless. Very professional and always gets us what we need when we need it. Installers are on-time and experienced. This is one company that we never have to worry about getting it done and getting it done right the first time!
Crystal Carpet & Flooring Company
5746 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28403, United States
I'd recommend Chad and Crystal Carpet whole heartedly for any project. Chad's personal care and attention to his customers is quite unusual in today's retail experience. He's always 100% honest and strives to give his customers the best price possible. I've done several projects with Chad over the past nearly 20 years, and he's always been the same smiling, warm, and friendly person to work with. The tile installation job done by Phil Sousa and Spencer was stellar!! It was a very dicey job, and they did it to perfection.

Did not meet their set appointment for our flooring needs. Were not apologetic for missing their appointment and did not care for a moment that they had strung us along for a week. UnProfessional service department at best.

The people at this l9cation are generally lazy and rude. The women at the front are very helpful. Management is never to be found. Make the extra drive to the Monkey Junction store, or go to a competitors store. Just not this one!

Two Guys Flooring Inc.
102 Old Eastwood Rd #A1, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28403, United States
This company is not reliable. After receiving an estimate and deciding to have them do the work they did not show up. They set up a date to install a vinyl planking floor and I went out and purchased the material. They, not only did not show up, as scheduled but did not call and refused to return calls.
