Flooring

The staff on the floor are knowledgeable and friendly; but I have been quite dissapointed with the cashiers during checkout. Most of the cashiers don't even look up at the customer or even attempt to be courteous. The computer prompts them to thank a veteran for their service. Today the cashier didn't even look at my husband and mumbled thank you for your service. The cashier is the last point of contact in the store, and will greatly influence what type of shopping experience a customer had.

200% Customer service! Always has what you need for your home remodeling and repairs. If not, they usually have an idea where to get what you need.

Worst Lowes ever.... and that's being nice.... especially the customer service counter. Wow!

June 22, 2015 After working with Jeff at Studio 321, We finally get it. We have remodeled 4 homes each with new tiled bathrooms and showers. Unfortunately, we have experienced two water damaged claims, countless issues with grouting and overall disappoint in workmanship. Lesson learned, we should have used Studio 321! After watching the craftsmanship and the artwork of the "Tile Engineers" at Studio 321 combined with the incredible design and layout by Jeff Hartman, we give Studio 321 our highest recommendation! Kevin W. February 13, 2015 Although my project was under 15k I was so surprised by the level of professionalism Jeff Hartman and his company displayed. Every step of the way, from inspecting the space, to choosing product was a delight. Studio 321 has a wonderful showroom and staff was very helpful. I am so impressed by the whole experience, I just wish I had other projects! Thank you Studio 321. I appreciate your professionalism! Jamie Maresh June 20, 2014 You did a lovely job on our bathroom floor. So glad I found my way to you. I'll tell all our friends and neighbors at every opportunity. Thanks and happy trails - Patty April 7, 2013 Thank you so much Jeff - for your expertise in helping me pick out the tile for my kitchen, For Blaine's excellent installation, for the referral from Shanon W. and for working so well with Clay. It was a pleasure! Chrisanne October 9, 2015 I can't say enough good things about Studio 321. I'm working on a whole house renovation and needed flooring and backsplash tile for multiple rooms. I first visited their showroom because they were the only authorized dealer of Walker Zanger Tile in the Hickory, NC area. In addition to Walker Zanger, Studio 321 carries an array of other tiles that you will never see in the big box stores. Jeff was a tremendous help in narrowing down the myriad of options available and had an impeccable eye for detail. He obtained numerous glass mosaic samples for me for items that I saw in store catalogs and provided multiple layout options. My contractor has his own tile layer, so I can't comment on Studio 321's installation services. But with Jeff's expertise, I'm sure their work is meticulous. Dawn R. June 17, 2015 Jeff and his colleagues were responsible for bringing a professional and artistic flair to our home. Jeff's ability to take a client's ideas, embrace them, mold them and create the space you once saw only in your mind's eye is impressive. His ability to stock and resource current trends and products in our small community makes it wonderful for those of us living in Hickory and worth the trip for those living outside the community. Jeff created all the bathroom and kitchen work, tile work, stone work, and limestone floors in our residence; but most importantly…Jeff follows up years later with repairs or renovations. Jeff genuinely values his clients and continues to provide excellent quality even twenty years after the original work is complete. Studio 321 is a gem of Hickory. Kelli J. March 19, 2015 Studio 321 has cutting edge products for all your designing needs for your Kitchen, Bath, Flooring and design elements. I was amazed at the craftsmanship that they offered. The showroom is in this cute stone building and shows so many unique and quality items in their space and actually show you the ideas throughout their showroom that you need to set off your own space. I was so pleased with the ideas they gave me on how to make my home efficient and pretty...the truth was in the pudding when my friends paid me those complements! They also have their own installer Hartman Tile and Marble which always dealt with us in a very professional and trusting way. We particularly appreciated Jeff's keen eye for detail and quality work. Jeff and his great crew always did what they promised,on time every time which resulted in a great experience for us. Phil & Annette S.

Great staff

Lumber Liquidators, at least this location, should be avoided if you want the best deal. The main cost of a job is the labor. They even try to charge shipping to their store. They wanted to charge eight thousand dollars for laminate. They also quoted us five thousand dollars for vinyl. That's what they call linoleum now. We went with a big chain, as seen on TV, M-piretoday, and paid 2,500. This included a 600 discount for going through HomeAdvisor. We are very happy with our results. The flooring industry has a half price sale after summer. Lumber Liquidators can give you an itemized quote, where you'll see the cost of the floor has little to do with their total qoute. This company might do good work, but we were dissatisfied with their price, and they did not call to make an appointment when they said they would. We had to keep calling them. Poor customer service. Note; Do not go to a hardware store chain for flooring and installation! If they actually give you a quote, it will be about eight dollars a square foot at a minimum. Don't believe me? Check the BBB.

Love them!! Everyone was so professional and courteous.. The free quote was super affordable and the service was unmatched! Super fast and easy.. was able to do everything by phone. I had my entire upstairs recarpeted with Mohawk brand carpeting and wow, love it! Installer gave me his card to call back with any questions or concerns. Will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend!

Just had red oak flooring & staircase replaced by Little Flooring. They did a fantastic job. Price was good, workers showed up on time, cleaned each day, very polite & professional. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks David, John and Sith. Jim Dunker

We were moving from Chattanooga, TN to Charlotte, NC and contracted with Flowers Flooring to replace the carpet in our new home with hardwoods upon the recommendation of our Realtor, Amelia Hinson. Flowers found hardwoods to match those already installed in the kitchen and completed the work prior to the arrival of our furniture even though the supplier initially told them their would be a two week delay. They found the wood and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the crew and the attention to details.

They have a good selection, fair prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and best of all they don't rearrange the store every other day like some other places do.

I have had them come in 2 separate times to clean up water damage . They made a most stressful situation so much more bearable . There products they offer are of the most highest quality . There service working with my insurance company went so smoothly with absolutely no problems. Everything was done in a timely manner and there was not a problem when I wanted one more thing done after they left.. I would defenttly call them again ! I also had them clean my dad's rental property carpet , wow ! Clean and a most readable price ! Can't say how much I love this company. See micheal pinto . This guy knows his stuff!

Great Awesome
