Flooring

Always great to come here. They are very knowledgeable, and helpful.

You can find some decent clothes here at a reasonable price. The prices are really good. This Roses actually has some really nice bedroom sets.

In here 2 to 3 times a week. For the most part good service but have encountered some that seem to not have a clue

Cole's Carpet best in town much courtesy and longevity

Thisis the best go to in town to have your floirs cleaned. He does mostly industrial and businesses but I'm sure he's help out anyone with any home problems and my fiance James Tilley is the best no to guy for roofing and home repair! Both guarantee their work and give free estimates!

Great service along with a great selection of cabinets to choose from! In between Shelby NC and Columbus NC right in Spindale NC! Easy to also get to from Lake Lure!

Great customer service

Horrible service! I was expecting to have a Refrigerator delivered two days ago that I ordered online. I called the store asking for the manager and gave the manager my information. Called the next day to speak with the delivery manager and he tells me he doesn't understand why my order is still here at the store. Poor communications with delivery team and management. My thing is if you behind delivery orders call your manager and let him know what's going on. I WILL NEVER HAVE GAFFNEY LOWE'S DELIVERY ANY APPLIANCES FOR ME ANYMORE!

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. I tried calling(Rather than driving the 30 minutes there) 8 times over the course of 3 hours and never got anyone to answer the phone. Finally did and asked for a manager to which he said "We are very busy what do you need?" That was about all the motivation I needed to shop elsewhere and since we're about to build a large house on a large property it looks like the Forest City location will be getting the many thousands we plan to spend instead.. If that was not enough the fact the few times I've gone there and purchased pallets of stuff in the lumber/concrete area and had to wait 20 minutes each time because the 16 or 17 year old(two of them) forklift operators are busy talking about video games... each time an older employee had to remind them they had customers waiting for products they purchased. Just really annoying. Nice store but its clear from the management and from the kids they have operating heavy machinery they just don't give a damn.. 2 stars.

Fast installation and great quality!

Great selection. Good friendly people to assist you.

This is a great place to get your new carpet that's why I rate them 5 stars
