Flooring

Have always used Lowe’s without much problem. But customer service is at an all time low. Ordered a washer dryer had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. When delivered the washer does not work. Have to wait another week for delivery of a replacement. Now when the deliver the only thing you are told is sometime between 8 and 5. Great way to spend 2 Saturday’s in a row. Thanks but no thanks no more appliances from you

Great personal service! Flooring installed a year ago and would absolutely recommend!

Our carpets look like new! We are extremely pleased with the job the Finishing Touch crew did for us

Very friendly and helpful

Local business with the best customer service

I would not recommend this company for any type of flooring. My home had to be rebuilt after a fire in 2015. I used Silvestri homes to do the rebuild thinking I would get quality work. This flooring company completely messed up the laminate installation in my home and wants to tell me it is my fault. I have had no less than 4 flooring companies come in to my home and be appalled at the installation. Boards are cut too short and shift to show the subfloor. When asked about this interior surfaces treated me like i was stupid saying "It is a floating floor". They put a transition strip in the middle of a floor that should never have been installed there. The floor is peeling and warping. I would absolutely steer clear of this company. They do not stand behind their products or installation.

Dear Lowe's, thought I'd let you know, after walking all over the Dublin store for the hidden wheel barrows (in a corner, outside in lawn and garden, hidden behind new shipments), and asking 3-4 people where to find a specific, two wheeled one that the online site said you have 12 of, after 20-30 minutes, I gave up, left, and ordered it online for $5 more than you were listing it for in your store to be delivered to my doorstep in 3 days. I think you have some training issues to sort out. I'll follow this by saying the store itself is nice, and has more selection than I typically see in the one at Mill Run I usually go to. Things you find out searching the store for a wheel barrow.

A very seamless process from start to finish. The carpet looks fantastic!

I highly recommend Columbus Epoxy Flooring. They are very professional, did an amazing job, and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Their price was also very fair, I will look no further when I need another floor done.

The guys in the Paint Dept were exceptional answered all my questions and others customers. Great guys give them a pat on the back!!

Lots of variety and Bob was very helpful and patient!

I was behind a Mr Felix, silver Honda CRV who proceeded to do 30+ mph in a school zone. Won't ever be using this company since it was the school my son attends.

They were very helpful with telling me all the steps for our remodeling project and I am happy with how everything turned out.

I received excellent customer service from Allwyn recently when I needed to return a defective item. He was friendly and efficient.
