Hardwoods, sheet goods and hardware. Great people

This place is a joke. I showed up at 10:15 the door is locked. It took several minutes for a lady to walk up and open the door. She then proceeded to crack the door open and tell me to call. Are you kidding me?? I am here in a truck to buy carpet and I cannot come in and pick out something I want? Sorry but this place is ridiculous!

In 2015 we remodeled our master bath and decided to use a wood looking tile from Daltile. We had the sample and the type of wood tile was handwritten on the back of the sample - which we ordered. When the tile came, it was different from the sample. Apparently, they had written the wrong tile name on the back of the sample. It took a lot of persuasion to reorder the correct tile. They are rude, stupid, and not customer focused. Don't go there.

Great helpful people, great selection. Well worth the trip!

This is the home depot I frequent. It's a little less busy than mall 205 and they have a little more of what I need than lowes. I am frequently approached by employees asking if I need help finding anything. Very friendly staff. It helps to go early if you are looking for sale items. Certain plant varieties will clear out quick. On sale days it can be pandemonium.

Awesome experience here, 10/10, could not have possibly asked for better service! Troy was very informative, polite, and patient!

If there was a way to leave a review without a star I would. I am an Apartment Manager in Vancouver. Have well over 100 units. The last job I had them out on was 1000 sq ft townhouse. New carpet, new vinyl and new counter tops kitchen and bathroom. Their first 5 minutes the installer knocked a hole in the wall with his flat bar prying some cove base off. I saw him do it and called him on it and of the day. He flat denied it. Told him I watched him do it. Still denied. Nice. Countertop laminate in the kitchen had a gap at the seam at the back of the sink. Called them back to fix it . they came out and made it worse. Called again. Stood there and showed the guy Oh ya no problem ......left without looking at again. So a Contractor buddy goes out lunch with the owner. Who says he has so much new construction work , that the little customers aren't that important . Right on !!! Good Bye Michaels , Hello American Dream Installations. I found these guys through an associate and what a difference.

Andrew made a superb repair of a broken board above my stairs. He was professional, quick to respond and followed through as promised.

David is a responsive and courteous professional with a great crew and very fair pricing. He was able to schedule a small job for us within two business days of our call, and his men were on time, clean, friendly and did a beautiful job of stretching and installing our carpet quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Highly recommended.
