Good sales

Well, after 20 years, I have asked Mr. Turturice to come back and buff and polish my beautiful southern pine floors since I am getting new area rugs and new furniture! I was very pleased then, and I am still pleased with his work this time too! Mr. Turturice and his helpers are a very hard-working individual and he "knows" his floor refinishing and polishing business well! Mr. Turturice did the floors of the executive office on the White House grounds when President Reagan was in office. He also did the floors of the Blair guest house of the President. I will recommend that the customer "listens" to the pre-instructions and perhaps write them down because following his directions are important to the final, finished product! (His advice for heat on in house during the process, use of fans, when permitted to walk on floors, timing of putting back your area rugs, etc.) Be assured that he takes great pride in his work as "His work is his reputation for repeat customers and future customers." Lowes can do better. I bought a refrigerator from the scratch and dent. The scratches and dents I expected but not the disgusting food spills. Ketchup and some other unidentifiable substances in both fridge side and freezer. I made a complaint but was told I should have seen the stains before I bought it.

If coming from Morgantown ignore 43, use 119 all the way, with Google maps turned off until 119 has 4 lanes, then turn it on for the last two miles

Thanks for the Best Of The Best

Did a great job and on time. The installers were very professional. Love my carpet and lamenate flooring. I would definitely buy from them again.

We have been using The Floor Store since 1982. No one beats their price or their quality of service. Jan and Bob are the absolute best to work with. ALWAYS call them before you buy anywhere else !

Welcoming, very helpful.

Great customer service, very awesome selselect with good prices... It was definitely worth the drive for me!

When you go in they are very unfriendly and act as though you are an inconvenience. They quoted us a price initially and then increased the install price for 1 room to 1200.00 plus the 800.00 for the material we chose. Ridiculous. They changed their story on us three times, when I called I was told they would have to call me back but never did. ServPro did the restoration for our church and Faris changed the quote and story with them and even ServPro was confused and suggested we go somewhere else. So we did and got the same material cheaper and our install much cheaper.
