Flooring

The installers were excellent and the carpet looks great. They took very good care of moving the furniture and took extra time to set up the bed that we had taken down to make room. I was happy to support a local company.

Not recommended. Wood on stairs does not match landings or floors. Baseboard and quarter round installed very poorly by novice (not cut or installed properly, many gaps). Original trim and molding damaged throughout house. Owner defensive and unprofessional. Wish we had stopped payment or taken them to court.

Used Norman Carpet One for a carpet purchase/install (and Luxury Vinyl Tile purchase, which I'll be installing). Great products, great prices, great service. Highly recommend. Ask for Dave!

Rob and his crew did a great job installing a new floor in my office. It was a total renovation so they took the old stuff out and put the new in. They problem solved well (evened out areas that needed it, adjusted doors/closets as needed, made a new crawlspace access panel that blended well) and worked efficiently. They were always there when they said they would be and the job was completed on time and on budget. They are nice people to work with and I highly recommend them!

We recently bought a foreclosure home and the hardwood floors in the house were in bad shape. Jeff Dean and his crew came in and did an amazing job refinishing the floors for us! We can't even believe that it's the same floor that was there before! Jeff is super professional, quick to respond to you, and his pricing is extremely fair. I highly recommend giving him a call!

Let me start by saying that I am extremely picky and I was very worried about putting down the new hardwood floors because I did not want to get it wrong. I knew exactly what I wanted and had many inspiration pictures. Zach and his team at Superior Custom flooring did a great job. This was a huge project. They basically changed the floors throughout the whole house. Kitchen, family room, living room, foyer, office, 3 sets of stairs that were sanded and stained lighter to match the lighter white oak floors going down. Plus the master bedroom, upstairs hallway and loft area. I was determined to have custom white oak quarter sawn wide plank in either 5 or 6 inch planks. Zach delivered. Not only do I love the white oak we have in our home but the biggest job was laying down the family room floor in a herringbone pattern. It came out awesome! His team of Igor and the other guys did an amazing job and were great with the details which I am picky about. I would definitely recommend Superior Custom flooring.
