Flooring

Excellent Refinishing! Professional staff was very thorough and service pricing was fair. We did the "Sandless" option and our 20 year old wood floors look great!

I had Buenos Ayres Flooring put down vinyl plank flooring in my home in Aug of 2016. The only thing I can say positively about the work was that they were very quick, and got the job done in a few hours. However, that may have also contributed to the bad outcome. There were two guys who came out to pull up my carpet and lay down vinyl plank floors. The one guy explained to me that my floors underneath my carpet was fine and that they would have no problem laying the new floor. He also stated that he had never laid vinyl plank flooring before. I chose vinyl plank because of the durability, with having a dog. When they were done, I noticed that you could see the imprints of my hardwood flooring underneath the vinyl planks which shows throughout the entire floor. I later found out through another flooring company that they should’ve laid an underlayment down prior to laying the vinyl flooring. Additionally, after they finished, I later noticed that they did not lay the flooring in the coat closet —there was still carpet in there. I had to call them back to get them back out to complete the job. After months have gone by, the imprints are so noticeable, that you see them as soon as you walk in my house. I do have to say I’ve learned my lesson with this experience and just wanted to share so it doesn’t happen to someone else with this company, or anyone else.

Great selection and service. Excellent staff. I highly recommend Prosource of Lancaster.

I've had a bunch of random stuff performed to a new building I recently purchased by this company and they have done an excellent job on each task. Would highly recommend!

great selection. Easy to park. Staff is very nice.

I was in a pinch today and Dan in the electrical department helped me out. Great customer service. Thanks Again Dan!

They did the flooring in a new home for us. Great to work with and the results are awesome.

Great! 😀 Clean carpets on a coupon. Happy! 👍

Great company!

We purchased carpet and venetian blinds from Elizabethtown Flooring. Installation was done with efficiency. We are pleased with the products and with the service. We recommend Bryan Baird - he did a great job.

Found this company when looking for someone to repair a damaged floor. They came out and gave us an estimate of what the repairs would cost, their price was good, but their service was excellent. The newly refinished floors look great.

Well educated. Polite and willing to work with me with no hesitations

I purchased roughly 1,200 sq. ft. of Bamboo Hardwoods Onyx flooring from Hardwood Floors of Lancaster and could not be happier with both my experience and with the product. Tom, George, and Todd provided excellent service and communication from start to finish and saw my project through to the end. They carry a wide variety of products to meet any budget and their high level of knowledge and expertise was invaluable when trying to select the right fit for our home, family, and lifestyle. They have earned my business for future projects and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Meticulous, top-quality workmanship and a wealth of knowledge that you can trust, is what you can expect from Bloom Floorist, Inc.
