Flooring

We recently built a new home, and Royal Design Centre was involved from the very start with a major project that was among the most important in our lives. We evaluated several of the top interior designers in Calgary and what we loved about Royal Design Centre was their unique sense of style, particularly their use of color and their ability to incorporate different types of pieces from various eras in the same room.

Kent & Andrew recently visited my home to take care of a minor issue (a squeaky hardwood floor and a crack resulting from contraction of the wood). Unlike many contractors, they were right on time for the appointment to do the work. They were very efficient, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Smith Bros. flooring.

We have used CDL for a number of years. The showroom is beautiful with a large selection of quality products. The sales and design associate we work with is Hillary. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation was prompt and well done. We have recommended them to other family members and friends and will do so again.

The best place to get your next carpet! Fast. Friendly. Great prices, and professional installation!

Exceptional show room with a large variety of tiles and flooring. It looks dated on the outside but don't let this deceive you! The sales staff are very friendly and helpful when choosing materials and matching colors.

Very friendly owner and staff....very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. The owner went way out of his way to find a hardwood that matched what we were looking for. Would use Distinctive floors again for sure!

What started out as a great thing has turned into a frustrating situation. Driveway was done up with a cool black epoxy and i was told it would be good for outdoors as well as a 10 year warranty. It is a total liability in the winter as it is very VERY slippery. So slippery it makes it almost impossible to shovel. I have to create a pathway through the snow on my lawn for people to be able to come to my door safely. Rain also causes it to be very slick. I was told the grit in it would help but it has not. I have had to call back every year after it was installed to be fixed as it does chip away and peel back every year. With a promised 10 year warranty i was willing to live with it and just deal with the hassle of it getting fixed yearly and shoveling my lawn path in the winter. Now i am dealing with no response back to phone calls to come and fix the driveway and stuck with something i hate. I do not recommend getting your driveway done at all here in Canada and i def don't appreciate the ignorance of my promised 10 year warranty.

Excellent customer service and great selection!!

Bought all of our doors, casings and fireplace mantle from this store, extremely happy with both the products and service!

Exceptional service and knowledge. Very good stock levels with quality materials. They are very quick to fill orders at a competitive price. This particular location is always ready to help you get the best results for your next project.

An excellent experience with Bethany as a 3-part project of window covering upgrades took place over 18 months. New drapes, valances etc. Everything has been done to an extremely high quality and very much customised to my exact specifications. Couldn't be happier and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent work with attention to detail. They are prompt and make sure the customer's needs are always met. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Freindly helpful knowledgeable
