Flooring

Steve Kennedy was supposed to install a carpet for me today. When he discovered I wanted a double pad, he flew into a rage and started cussing out both me and my builder. He threw all of his stuff in his van, told the builder to make sure he got his money, and drove away after calling me names. I have never seen anything like this before, and would strongly advise against using him for any job at any time. (I would put zero stars if that were possible.)

This is sad because I used to love Home Depot the store but after working with Home Depot Exteriors for a siding job, sadly I can not justify ever shopping there again. I'd hate to say it but they do not care for the customer, I'm having an absolute nightmare working with them. They know there's not much you can do. I cannot say how their workmanship is like as they have not done the job yet. They have cancelled on me 4 times now, usually they either just call the day before and say you've been rescheduled with no explanation or they just don't show up. It is also impossible to contact anyone on the work team, I literally have to call at least 10 times, write several emails, and contact regional management to get a reply back from the work team usually over a week after they decide not to show up. Worst of it is they just dropped off the material in my front yard and it's been sitting there for a month now. So if you have any sort of lawn it will die. I've filed numerous complaints that are supposed to be addressed within 48 hours, but I haven't heard back from any of them yet. I could go on and on about how poorly they've treated me but that would be too long. I just hope to get the word out to read other reviews on Home Depot Exteriors before using them. I only wish I had believed in the awful reviews prior to using them.

IN response to Mr. Smiths Allegations, A third-party National Wood Flooring inspector visited the site and found no evidence of product failure on the first flooring installation. Nonetheless, we supplied new flooring at our expense which was installed by the customer’s contractor. Following installation, the customer claimed the new flooring failed. Another inspection followed, and to our understanding, the inspection again revealed no product failure. We have followed up with this customer concerning the re-inspection but to date, have received no response and he has not shared the report with us. Higuera Hardwoods work hard to respond promptly and fairly when a customer is dissatisfied and believe in this particular instance, we fulfilled that obligation. Joe Gallegos CEO

I stopped by to pick up potting soil for my plants and Charla was extremely helpful. She showed me where the soil was and helped me pick out plant food for my plants. She made my Saturday morning!

Saunders is the place to go when you need expert advice and high quality products at an affordable price. Don't waste you're time or money at the Big Box Stores when Saunders has what you need at the price you want. I've made that mistake. Just go see these guys in downtown Pullman. You will be glad you did! I would give 6 Stars if that was an option.

I have spoken with 3 different salesmen over the phone and found them all to be very knowledgeable about what they are selling . I bought the pro advanced shower kit back in the summer and am only now starting to install it. I discovered that I actually needed a different sized fitting to connect the shower drain with my new drainage system so called Pro Source and spoke with Avi. He totally understood what I was trying to describe over the phone but suggested I send photos to be really sure. The photos I sent were extremely basic, but Avi was able to determine that I had missed out an essential part of the plumbing. He has saved me much time, effort and expense by not moving forward with my project until the issue was rectified. It's so reassuring to know that at this business, the folks taking your phone calls really know their business. Thank you so much.

It took 1 month to get my caulking. The caulk was back ordered for 3 weeks. Then the tube arrived with a broken off tip. I received the replacement in 3 days. Their customer service was top knotch. Their staff was always courteous and thorough, and responded to my concerns, even with my little order. It's 4 stars because it took so long, but I would not hesitate to order from Pro Supply again.
