Brian and his team were recommended to me by one of my law partners. My husband and I hired a general contractor to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. When they pulled up the old breakfast bar during the demo, we discovered that a section of hardwood floor was missing - and needed to have it repaired. Our contractor refused to do it, so we had to scramble and find someone on short notice. Brian was incredibly responsive, and while his bid wasn't the cheapest, we felt most confident going with him. Couldn't have been happier about that decision. When our contractor got surly about fixing a mistake they had made in a transition area between the kitchen (which would be tiled) and this area of the hardwood, Brian stood firm and insisted on no cheap fixes. He was honestly a lifesaver (and I'm normally not this effusive) - completely patient while we were working out the issue. When his guys came to do the job, they were very respectful of our space, and meticulously protected the rest of our house from the sawdust. The floors look fantastic.

Horrible communication. Waste of time. Stole $500 deposit. Will ignore you and don't respond back.

I was looking for a very specific and hard-to-find style of carpet. Serj used his extensive knowledge and went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. His team did an excellent job installing it. And the price was competitive.

Associates told me to come at 6 in the morning to get a pallet of soil that would be on sale. When I arrived I got the pallet and took it to the register where they said I couldn't purchase it until the associates gathered the rest of the soil for the pallet. The associate told me to wait as it was being gathered, but no one did anything to help me. I have worked in sales before and the customers come first. I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance at this Home Depot.

What a horrible experience I had with N-Hance a few years ago. Never thought it could be this bad. They promise you the moon and DO NOT DELIVER. I had them do a color change of my kitchen cabinets and talk about uneven coloring. It was so very terrible. They said they would repair the bad spots and did not do so. Just lied about to many things. I was a nervous wreck to say the least the whole time. The head guy Rick is a very smooth talker and just couldn't produce the sample piece they showed me in the beginning to check with for the color match later. How funny is that. I paid big money for a terrible job that may last a few years at best. We have to be so very carefull around the cabinets as not to chip off the paint. This was one of the worst experiences in my life. They even put a dent in my stainless steel frig. with their equipment and said they didn't. Not true, they did and I know how it happened. I have worked with Daniel the owner on several projects and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his company. I refer him every chance I get and he is my floor guy for life.

Reasonable cost, quick turnaround (our garage took five hours, start-to-finish), superb warranty, and the guys who did the work (Anthony M. & another gentleman, didn't get his name) were thorough, informative, professional, and very friendly. It's too bad I only have one garage to make such a dramatic improvement on.
