Very professional and fast. We had a very good experience with Glamour Flooring. Definitely recommend to everyone who need new flooring.

We hired Dan and his company to finish the hardwood floors in a home we had bought in Sacramento. He is great at BS, but after two months of utterly incompetent workmen and negligent work, during which time we had an unlivable home, he denied the evidence of his eyes and walked on the job and the contract. We got another company that came in, repaired the damage his people had done, and finished the rest of the job in FOUR DAYS at a much lower cost. We had to sue him and his company in Small Claims court (we won), and get their contractors' license suspended before they paid the judgment. A thoroughly bad company. If you employ them, you are just plain stupid and deserve what you get.

TERRIBLE! Where are the negative stars? So frustrated and disappointed, I don't know where to start. I suppose for anyone reading, I should start with DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is the worst business I have ever *tried* to purchase from. We ordered 3 sub zero units equating to over $13K worth of appliances (charged immediately to our Visa), and promised (numerous times) delivery within 4 days of purchase. When the product was not delivered (after 3 separate scheduled times), they were simply not available. Not by cell, not by office phone, not through email, and when we called the store, our paperwork was missing and anyone that could help us was in a meeting. When I did speak with someone, they were rude, confused and irritated as to why I wanted to know where my product was, and incredibly disrespectful. They would promise to call me back and wouldn't. I was told I should be happy that they were "trying to figure it out". The only saving grace was a receptionist by the name of Sarah who did seem to feel earnestly bad for me. But Bill and Dirk could not have been more belligerent when asked why my delivery didn't happen (WHEN I was able to speak with them)- and then told us it could be (actually "it should be") 4- 6 more weeks. Telling me my expectations were ridiculous that it would be there already. I had scheduled our cabinet contractors to come 3 separate times to be there to install (based on THEIR scheduling, via disparate emails), as well as stayed home from work to meet with appliance DELIVERIES that never came -and NEVER a call from them. Only when I threatened a charge back did they get a truck to deliver 2 of our 3 items, and I was told I was *lucky* they had worked this out. Dirk couldn't believe I expected him to "perform magic". I had to call 3 more times to get a date for the last one when I had to save my sanity and cancel. Shame on you Master Wholesale. My only recourse will be to save others from my same frustration - and hope you feel it in some way.

Fantastic experience with Atlas Carpet. The owner John had many different samples, styles and colors on hand in his shop to choose from and excellent and thorough installers completing the job, couldn't have been better!

Marble Expo does not stand behind their work. We paid $7,000 for a new granite counter for our kitchen and the installation is not level. It's a 1/4" lower in the front than the back it's the same for the whole eight feet. Just a small amount of water runs off our beautiful counter onto the floor. Marble Expo says that they won't correct the problem. Their contention is that our kitchen cabinets weren't level in the first place, and they just follow the cabinets. That makes no sense. They installed new 3/4 " plywood to the top of our cabinets before putting on the granite. A competent installer would make sure that it was all done level. It will be a fairly expensive repair and I will suing in Small Claims Court.

Waited 25 minutes for help. Not good. For a holiday weekend there should be more help.
