Good experience. I was greeted at the door and walked by an associate to the needed irrigation supplies for an emergency repair. This wasn't the usual visit, but a pleasant surprise.

I have used American Carpets for all my carpeting, flooring and, most recently, a bathroom remodeling in my condo. Mehdi has expertise not only about carpets and floors but also in home renovations. He helped me in selecting the tiles and although at first I was hesitant to put in a cast iron tub (I thought it might be too heavy), I am so glad he convinced me. I love it! The workmen Hector and his sons are pleasant, courteous and arrived on time every day. Hector’s workmanship of installing the tiles and plumbing is highly skilled. Mehdi came in the middle of the job to check and at the end to make sure it is done properly and to my satisfaction. Now that is great service. I wholeheartedly recommend American Carpets/Mehdi for your projects, whether it is small or large.

The staff was friendly and helpful even though I was just killing time while my tires were being rotated.

I had Mike install a floating floor 3 years ago and was very happy with the results, till the boards began separating near one wall. I called Mike and explained the problem and said I would pay to have it fixed properly. They would have to remove the baseboard and tighten the boards. He came and looked at it and said, jokingly? we can do it in 2 years, its not really an urgent problem. Haven't heard from him since. Unbelievable.
