Flooring

We had the most wonderful experience with this company. We had flooring done in the whole house a week before Thanksgiving. They started on a Thursday and by Monday the finishing touches were being done. Excellent company to work with. They are the bomb.

We recently had our beautiful floors installed by Big Bob`s. We are extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish. They came to our home the next day to measure up and in particular they paid attention to finishing details and sub floors. We received the written quotation couple of days later. After we placed an order we were contacted on 4 occasions by customer services and we were kept informed at all times. The fitters arrived on time as promised and they were very professional and helpful. They finished our flooring in one day and stayed till 7pm to get the job done. They even vacuumed before they left. On the whole we were very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend.

Very Rude customer service! This assisstant manager Jose couldn't handle the issues about this guy John in the paint department. We were just asking for help about a color in one of their display door we want to color match and this rude employee named John gave us an attitude and keep insisting that we don't need to see the door , but anyhow he walked us to the doors area with an attitude and murmuring swearing words. That's why we went to talk to this Assistant Manager Jose but instead of handling the situation he made it worst like it's our fault and said right away that the guys from the paint department could not walk far away from their department , he doesn't even want to listen to our complaint because our point is that this guy John was very rude and murmuring swearing words and argued with us that we don't need to go see the display doors. I hope Juan the Manager was here, and maybe handled this situation more effective

While we were browsing through your store, we noticed a sign that said “When purchasing flooring, you get what you pay for.” And we happily got what we paid for! While being guided through your vast inventory of wood and ceramic products; your sales staff found top quality products that matched our needs, well within our budget. This tile store has many good selections of tiles and related materials. The staff helping for placing orders are friendly. But we ran into some issues with them over the orders which they did not have available in the store and was suppose to come in from other locations. We calendered the tile setting according to the time Floor & Decor have us, but the tiles and accessories did not come in. We had to go back several times and talk to different people about the matter. Finally one of the managers, Nader, managed to get the order in, but the staff couldn't find it on the system or in the warehouse. This is very poor communication and perhaps software issues in not being able to track deliveries, orders, arrival time... Twice, I walked in the warehouse and found what i needed! I hope this company can get it together because they are offering great merchandise, but poor communication and coordination. This is about West Hills store.

Got a great price, everyone was very nice and very helpful and our floors look amazing!!
