Flooring

AMAZING! We never thought our floors could look so good. We chose Anderson to patch/repair and refinish our 1920's farmhouse floors based on their experience and many positive online reviews (most of their google reviews appear to be gone now). Jill gave a thorough explanation of the work they would complete. One cannot tell where the patch repairs were made, it's seamless. The refinishing team was helpful in finding the perfect color for the maple floors. Their bid was comparable to the others I had gotten. Overall I feel we got the most for our money using Anderson. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was helpful and informative. Came in looking for sealant and surge protectors and I was able to find them thanks to the help of the staff. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star experience was because of the cashier. Her name is Samantha in case a part of the management team is reading this. She didn't greet me, which is fine, not ideal for someone working with customers, but she's young and you see that less and less, I could have ignored that. There was a problem with the chip reader while it read my card and instead of providing any feedback she just let me deal with it. I inserted the card twice and it rejected it, I tried swiping, which didn't work, and to that she sighed like I didn't know what I was doing, tried the chip again and the machine said there was nothing in it. The cashier did nothing but stare at me until I told her what it was saying, then she reset it on her computer. This happened twice more, the entire time she was silently staring at me. She didn't call anyone over to help her or me, she didn't read what the computer was telling her. Eventually the machine prompted me to swipe the card instead and it worked, and then she looked at my products, didn't bag them, didn't ask if I wanted them bagged, just walked passed them and greeted the next customer. It wasn't a self check lane. I don't need to be greeted. And I don't need help with the machine I guess, I figured it out eventually, and I don't need anything bagged, I did it myself fine, but then what is her job. To give me my change? It was a frustrating experience.

We had two rooms refinished a number of years ago. This company did an excellent job. They even refinished the thresholds and closets. I will use them again for additional rooms. They are prompt, professional, clean, and do a great job!

Great service, high quality installation.

How can you not love The Home Depot? The handyman store. Too much cool stuff. You know you need something from this place, go now!

Natural Wood Floors has installed and refinished many thousands of feet of hardwood flooring for me over the last 20 years. They do a great job and go to great lengths to do the job right. Great example of an owner operator that is on every job and is meticulous about the quality of the work.

Thank's to Steve for his expertise in floor covering! This place not only stands behind their work but also advised us the floor coverings that were best for our application!

We were told the process would be dustless, and the Sandmasters crew went way out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of and there was no extra clean up necessary. And the floors turned out perfectly! Great job all-around.
