If you are looking for the "old fashion" customer service that has disappeared from a lot of businesses, then you have come to right place! From the first time my wife and I walked into their store to the kitchen renovation currently in progress, this team of employees and owners have far exceeded our expectations. Justin, Dave, Ken, Joe and the entire staff have far exceeded the customer service experience and have been more than accommodating in the entire planning and implementation process of our kitchen project. We have had no reservations during this process and have found that the time frames set have been met without delays….including the daily work schedules, which we have found to be very unusual for Redding! We do not often rate companies with 5 stars, however, the excellence to customer service could not be overlooked with the current staff.

Ron, Jeri, and Rhonda are amazing! I have stopped by twice in preparation of building our home and they are full of knowledge, advice, and expertise in their industry. They are patient in answering my million questions and go above and beyond getting me additional information in regards to other aspects of our home build. They are the gold standard in customer service. Thank you all SO MUCH!

Absolutely fantastic job and service installing new padding and carpet into my condo. From the sales team to the installers this was one of the best experiences I have had, I always cringed at the thought of having people do work in my home as a result of some rather disheartening experiences. This howvever was polar opposite. The installers were great Ramon and Tony showed up at 8:00 am sharp. They worked nonstop and their experience and professionalism really set the stage for an outstanding finished product. Hands down they will get my business again and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. They get TEN Stars in my book!

These people are fantastic! They carry everything from carpet to hardwood. We had them rip out our carpet and put in some good quality laminate flooring. They are very professional and provided excellent service. Lynn, the owner, helped me choose something that would match our wall colors perfectly and fit in our budget. They are also very pleasant and helpful. Until this day, we still get wonderful comments on our fabulous laminate floors from family, friends, and visitors. I highly recommend them.

Drive thru lumber yard, come in and load once, saves time compared to other retailers and the lumber selection in well over 300 items and price matching.

My second review, first one was erased.(it wasn't a good review) Most unprofessional business owner I have ever delt with. He will double talk you until your hear spins. I would not let Shasta lake floors sweep my floors let alone install anything. Take this as a warning DO NOT USE SHASTA LAKE FLOORS FOR HOME OR BUSINESS. terrible craftmenship, multiple returns for repairs and (fixes) . Charges you extra, and does less actual work then agreed apon. I can't belive there still in business just by seeing there work....bad. bad. Bad
