I am not one to ever write business reviews, but this one is well-deserved. From the time I placed the first call for an estimate, to the time my time-sensitive project was complete (12 days), Oksana and her team were a blessing and joy to work with. First, she understood my situation, had an estimator at the house, helped me choose the LVP material (based solely on my phone photos), and had a written estimate in my hands--all in a matter of hours! No sticker shock for a whole-house redo. Her installers showed up when they said they would, worked hard and with precision, and cleaned up their work space, hauling away all the old material. End result? Stunning! My only regret...should have done this a long time ago!

Paolo was awesome to work with. It took us two years to find someone to install a solid oak, herringbone wood floor for us. He is a true craftsman. If you want to install or work on wood floors, there is no one better.

I made 2 appointments to have an estimator come out. Both times they never showed up. Needless to say I went with another flooring store.

Earl in the store was AMAZING - 5 stars for him. The warehouse workers were beyond rude. Andre was hostile and abrasive and his coworkers followed suit. It completely changed our experience.

Had a bedroom re-carpeted recently by Liggett's. Great service, on time. Installer did good good and cleaned up fine after the job.
