Brian was so helpful and used his extensive experience to find us flooring to meet our exact specifications. He had a great selection to choose from and didn't try to sell us anything out of our price range. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful. I can't wait to have my flooring installed and write another rave revue. If you need flooring check out NorCal Carpet Broker. They have an amazing selection and do all the hard work so you don't have too.

Preferred over Home Depot as I can at least find help here. Standard Lowe's, nothing fancy. Indoor lumber yard.

Mark was so helpful. He not only was courteous, but went out of his way to get the bbq I wanted and the heavy gas canister. He makes a great employee and great person. Thank you again, Mark.

I would like to give this place zero stars but that's not an option. I'm late in doing this review because of personal tragedy over the past four years. I'm reviewing now because there's a new board lifting in our floor. I hired fantastic floors to lay bamboo flooring in my family room/kitchen/dinette area. Bamboo is not cheap! These people ruined over $5,000 worth of flooring! The first clue that they didn't know what they were doing was when they tried to nail down the boards with the wrong type of nail and cracked the boards over and over. They then decided that this floor was to be floating. The manufacturer clearly stated on the boxes that this was NOT meant to be a floating floor. They proceeded to lightly glue the boards and finished the floor in two days. I paid them cash. (Another mistake). The next day I noticed big gaps between the boards...so big, I could roll a quarter the length of the room. I called fantastic floors to come back and look. What a nightmare! They tried straping the boards across the width of the room to close the gap. If anyone knows anything about laying wood flooring, you know it's impossible to close gaps this way. The floor needed to be pulled up and redone. But the man insisted he had a bamboo 'specialist ' on staff who could come the following day. This so-called specialist was his brother, who obviously didn't know squat! They preceded to fill the gaps with wood putty. I wasn't happy and they knew it. The owner of fantastic floors said to me "we don't have a contract". I knew what he was implying and at that point I just wanted this scum out of my home! So now, after the wood putty has shrunk and the gaps are so very visible, the thresholds have come loose three times, and we have lifting going on all over the place, I will have to come up with the money to redo this floor. I'll be glad to not be reminded of fantastic floors every time I mop but the thought of having to rip up three rooms is almost terrifying. My advice: RUN FROM FANTASTIC FLOORS!
