Very nice and helpful people. Very good experience with them.

My husband and I came into the store to purchase items for a job. We noticed the only change registers open, aside from the pro service check out, was the self checkout. We approach the one station and start to ask the check out attendant for a moment of help. She interrupted us rudely saying that she is helping someone else and turned her back on us. So, we went to stand in the line at check stand 2, and the lady at that register was just as rude. She looked up and told everyone that she is closed and continued to finish her current order. We then ended up at the pro check out where Sheryl was great. She was accurate and efficient. She was much more pleasant then the first two attempts to check out. Sheryl should receive some sort of special recognition for being the example of what an employee should be. I didn't know customers were such a bother to a companies employees. Do companies give annual reviews any more? If not, they should. Maybe their employees attitudes with customers would change.

We just had you work on our master shower. I have no complaints about how my shower came out, but I do have an issue that my bathroom was left filthy. I had just cleaned everything in this room, because our home is for sale and someone was going to look at our property. Unfortunately, filthy bathrooms don't sell homes!

Rick Wallace and everyone at Factory Flooring Outlet were a pleasure to deal with - both knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are some of the best in town, as we looked at just about every other flooring place, and they have a large selection to choose from. We had them install our luxury vinyl plank flooring in our living/dining, kitchen, and bath, and we are very happy with the results! We went with the California Black Oak and it truly transformed the look and feel of our house. They were good at communicating, flexible when we changed our order, did everything on time according to schedule, and the installation is excellent and professional. This is the vendor for our company and unfortunately they made a very easy purchase very very difficult and wanted me to come in over and over again just to get a quote then bring the doors in then come to pick him up at cetera Etc try to explain that we can't bring the doors in because the rain will destroy the interior of the apartments and that I just need a quote so I can get approval from management first but they can't do that either. Almost seems easier just to go with Home Depot pretty ridiculous they can't do a quote over the phone Etc I'm going to try my best to get us another vendor locally.

Was referred to Cathryn at Interior Reflections from my tenant who was moving out for the kitchen renovation. She was very helpful to coordinate such an endeavor since I live in another city, couldn't have done it without her! I am very satisfied with the quality materials, look and function of the kitchen.

Quality work and very good family business. They are honest, fair, and absolutely trust them whole-heartedly. We've moved twice in the past ten years and they've put in carpet, laminate, and engineered hardwood. They all look great. Chuck and Cindi are the best!

The people and the service is awesome. If you are a property owner, and you definitely want to increase your property value you should definitely go talk to the folks at STONE KINGDOM.

My wife and I have decided to replace our flooring a few months ago. Since we have been shopping around for the best price and found Flooring 101. We came to their store, picked out the flooring and moved on to checkout. There we were slam dunked by hidden fees, over priced installation and delivery. We left and visited out "Second" choice Simi Flooring. There we got the same hardwood, and in the end paid a lot less than we were being asked to pay at Flooring 101. For our next project (Bathroom) will be coming back to Simi Flooring, and in meanwhile I will recommend it to all my buddies. Thanks!
