Flooring

This company is contracted with Lowe's to install flooring. Kevin installed my laminate. He installed it in my den and hallways. He also installed new baseboards and caulked them. He did a horrible job with the caulking, so I asked him to come over and fix it. I marked off with painters tape the areas that needed to be redone, and he came into the house, stayed 15 minutes and left, without fixing any of it. He then blocked my phone number from texting him, for no apparent reason. Horribly unprofessional and now I have to go through Lowe's to get them to do it properly.

Mike and Chris just finished refinishing our hardwood floor. Our house is 40 years old and we had no idea what was under our old carpet.They did exactly what they promised at an excellent price. I would definitely recommend them and am contemplating having them do another room.

We wanted to replace our worn-out carpet with vinyl plank flooring. After meeting with Dusty (the owner) and his staff at 3DFlooring we chose to have them install a new floor throughout our entire house. Doing business with Dusty was easy and we felt like we could take our time making our material choice. Installation went smoothly, but afterwards defects kept popping up in the materials that were in no way related to the installation process. Dusty initiated a claim with the manufacturer. The material manufacturer sent an independent inspector out who verified the product had too many defects. Within a week, the manufacturer agreed to replace all the installed flooring throughout the entire house. This has been done, at no cost to us, and the new floor looks beautiful. The entire process, from initial installation to the second installation, took two months. Dusty was great to work with throughout, and really went to bat for us and stood behind his work. We recommend 3DFlooring without reservation for your flooring needs.

I am delighted to write a review for Byron. He Saved My Floor..and my SANITY. I hired a flooring guy with a good website, and nice photos of flooring projects he had supposedly done. I think he was on drugs. He gouged and ruined my hardwood floors while attempting to remove carpet that was on top of them. Byron was my Super Hero. He replaced a ton of wood and made them BEAUTIFUL. We've used him again since then, with the same amazing results! He is an all around honest, good guy!! THANK YOU BYRON!!!
