Last Saturday had a absolutely horrible experience at the Vallejo Lowe's. A cashier named Terri. A horrible lazy and obnoxious person who should not be a cashier or be working at Lowe's. I picked up a knife and utility tool combo set priced at 12.98. Terri rang it up at 29.99. Told her that the price is wrong she then instructed me she had no way of changing the price and to go to the tools department. Back in the tools department no one was there so I get back in line to a different cashier..carol I believe. Terri proceeds to get loud and tell me getting in a new line isn't going to fix the price. I told her she needs to confirm the price for me because it is 12.98. She then leaves her line to come to me and tell me I need to get out of line and get a manager to get a price change. She then recommends I walk over and take a picture to confirm the price. Again I tell her it's there job to change and confirm prices not mine. She rudely and sarcastically says "im sorry that you have to walk" lol. While all this is going on Carol the other cashier simply calls someone on her radio who comes over immediately and confirms the price of 12.98. Terri is a horrible lazy incompetent person and should not be on the job at lowes.

I also ordered the carpet, laminate flooring, and new baseboards through Lowe's and had Five Star do the install. The crew was only two guys. They showed up on time, helped move heavier items, and worked their tales off non-stop. They worked straight through from 9:00 until they finished around 5:00. They were neat, professional, answered all of my questions, paid a lot of attention to detail, and cleaned up everything nicely afterwards. The new floors look great and I'd recommend them after the job they did.
