I am about to visit the store again, as I need a new area rug for my living room. The Carpet Man, "Adam" was the one that Ted and I went to see after we lost our home to a fire in 1987. He was very professional, and his team did a great job installing wall to wall carpeting in the entire house. Great job. They even came back out at a later date to restretch the carpet as it had a few ripples after a bit of wear....and that was at no charge. I have nothing but great appreciation for a job well done. I trust them....and will use them again. Thank you Adam....great job....you deserve 5 stars for sure.....thank you ....Rose Mary

Is the best tile compny in Napa valley they are Tru craft tile they do very difficult tile prose's no matter what you need they do as they promised to do at the time that is promised very happy Whit I recommend

Eric and his team are top notch! Our real estate agent tipped us off to Five Star Floors because they deep clean & coat hardwood floors throughout the east bay area. We were looking to rent our home while we traveled for a couple of years. At the recommendation of our agent, our floors needed a boost in exchange for a higher rental fee. So we called Eric! He arrived within two days to look at hardwood floors in Walnut Creek, then offered three reasonably priced options to renew our floors. We LOVED outcome. The agent was thrilled and best of all our NEW TENANTS are enjoying them as well. Call these guys if you need to renew your floors at an affordable price...Thanks Eric!

This is for sure the worst Home Depot I ever been to, the customer service is horrible when you ask for assistance they make it seem like there doing you a favor and only if you can actually find anyone willing I would try your best to avoid the place or have fun trying to get someone to help you... We had a wrinkle or two develop in our carpets installed by Diablo Flooring 3-4 years ago. They graciously fixed them with no charge. Thanks again for doing this.
